POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This is freaking brilliant, y’all.

By contributing in a valuable way to convos that are already happening on IG - in your competitor’s comments - you can shortcut the path to connecting with and growing your audience.

Start with your competitor’s sponsored posts, say something worth reading, and, from there, use the behavior of their audience to inform your own strategy.

Hell, @thestefaniejulia encourages you to start with her!

Stefanie knows there’s enough business for everyone, but that by using this strategy you can “push the easy button” on your social media efforts.

Bottom line, only listen to Episode 114 if you like ease, simplicity and having more time to do what really matters.

I’m like a kid on Christmas when I see an entrepreneur doing something that’s never been done before - strictly because they wanted to morph their passions together, so they could touch everything they love at once.

It’s so gratifying to see #multipassionates thriving. And so exciting to see the business ideas born from that.

@thestefaniejulia shared this story about a client, but her own business journey follows this path too.

Stefanie’s special sauce is what you get when you combine a love of fitness with a love of travel. And it gives each and every one of us permission to do things differently.

If that sounds up your alley, don’t mis Episode 114. Listen in at the link in my bio.

Are you selling in your freebie funnels?

You should be.

Your ideal client is already there and already excited to receive your lead magnet . . . why not take advantage of the fact that you have captured their precious attention and offer something else?

That’s what this conversation with @thestefaniejulia was all about.

Working smarter, not harder.

Or as Stefanie puts it, “pressing the easy button.”

If ease is your jam, don’t miss Episode 114! Click the link in my bio to listen.

I am still living in the bliss of what was last week. I got to go to @welcometothemost, a one of a kind conference/mastermind that added more fuel to my mission and vision for the future as well as meeting incredible humans who are now part of my life along the way.

It was truly The Most!

These are the most common objections I hear when I walk with potential clients

Now I understand that time and money is a legit issue for some people but in most cases it’s just a matter of changing priorities. This is what those objections really mean 9/10 times

If any of these resonate with you and even if there’s a split second of “hah 😅 yeah” then take time to evaluate what you spend your time and money on. What’s NECESSARY (rent, groceries, gas, etc) and what’s something you could do LESS of ( binge watching Netflix, shopping, getting your nails done every two weeks, getting the newest thing)

If your curious comment or DM “info”

Much like anxiety can show up in our bodies in many different ways.

If you can do it by yourself, why haven’t you? 👀

I know you’ve tried on your own. I know you’re tired of hopping from diet to diet and seeing little to no results. I know you hate feeling like you will never lose weight regardless of how healthy you eat or how hard you workout.

It’s okay to admit that you need help.

It’s okay to say that you don’t know what to do.

It’s okay that you have zero idea where to start.

That’s why I’m here!!!

In the Full & Fit program, you don’t have to…

❌ cut out your favorite foods
❌ eat within a certain time frame
❌ spend hours in the gym
❌ do endless amounts of cardio

Instead, you’ll actually…

✅ learn how to work your favorite foods into your nutrition plan
✅ eat more than you probably ever have in your life
✅ do little to no cardio
✅ spend minimal time in the gym
✅ finally be able to stick to something and see RESULTS!

I’ve been where you are. I know how much it sucks! And so do my clients!

Carmen has lost over 40lbs eating chocolate whenever she wants.

Ann has dropped inches eating over 2200 calories.

Ashley has lost over 70lbs eating almost 3000 calories a day while breastfeeding.

Pam is stronger than she has ever been - even stronger than she ever was working with another personal trainer.

Anna is building strength and muscle and has completely overcome her chronic stomach pain (that she’d been dealing with for 7 years) while eating all the foods she thought she had to avoid.

All of these clients (and more!) had tried on their own. And couldn’t find anything that worked.

Until they found the Full & Fit program.

If you’re ready to admit you need help and finally see results WITHOUT giving up your favorite foods and doing hours of cardio…

Comment “READY” on this post and I’ll send you a message to see if the Full & Fit program is right for you 🤍

Girl listen…

I get it!

I wanted a tight waist in my bikini for EVERY beach vacation!

But aren’t you tired of the cycle? Aren’t you tired of always dieting?

The best detox is to eat foods that your body is desperately asking for. And to eat in a way that not only boosts your metabolism but gives you sustainable energy throughout the day. Do this and you could be dropping inches weekly too!

Wondering what that looks like?? Then join me tomorrow, this Thu at 8pm EST for the Journey to the Bikini Workshop!! I’ll be teaching you how to create a plan that will guide you to your bikini body dreams & drop 5-10 inches off your waist BEFORE your next trip!! #linkinbio

I completely understand you are busy, you work a lot, you have a family at home, and you are tired. Buuuuuut, you deserve to take time out of the busy day and prioritize YOURSELF!!
⠀
Try not to look at exercise as a chore or a requirement and remember that it is something you GET to do to improve your physical and mental health. Even an little as 30 minutes will help, whether it is a walk, a body weight circuit or time at the gym. Thirty minutes is only 2% percent of your day.

On Wednesday we…
⠀
Not only wear pink (duh)
⠀
We celebrate wins
⠀
#Winsday
⠀
Alium Fitness has some absolutely amazing clients right now. Every week when I do check ins with them we discuss the wins for the week. Big or small we celebrate them all. I mean who doesn’t like to celebrate, am I right?
⠀
The thing that I love to celebrate the most is the wins that aren’t scale related. Those are this big ones. Those are the ones that turn into habits. Then those habits turn into a lifestyle. #winning
⠀
What was your Winsday win? Comment it below…
