Fall galleries have me busy! So, while I work through all of these sessions, I thought these two PAWsitively perfect pups deserved a spotlight. @thestinn 🐾

Jumping into the weekend stronger! 🎉💪🏼

Saturday sessions = MAJOR milestones💚

Jason showed us how it’s done with 450 sessions today!
Katiani, Amie, and Vinny crushed their sessions like a pro for the FIRST TIME!

Full body pushed our members to their limits today but they still put in the work and beat new goals!

We are proud of everyone for continuing to push themselves and show OUT! 💚💪🏼🎉

Some people count reps.

We count the people who keep showing up. 💚

From first sessions to major milestones, every name on this carousel is part of what makes this turf feel like home.

🔥 Aprile: 350 sessions crushed
🔥 Kristin: 400 sessions crushed
🔥 Annamarie: 100 sessions crushed
🔥 Alfredo: first session officially in the books!

Different chapters. Same commitment. Same community. Same energy every time those doors open.

Proud is an understatement. Let’s keep building. ⚡️

POWER ATHLETE OF THE WEEK 🏆

Honoring Kristin on her 400th session. 👏

Almost a year and a half ago, Kristin walked in for our first session together … and to see the growth from that moment to now has been extraordinary.

What makes Kristin unique goes far beyond the work she puts in on the turf.

She truly lives the phrase “iron sharpens iron.” Kristin is a huge part of this community, always willing to support, encourage, and show up for others. She represents this facility the right way because she is fully bought in, not just to herself, but to the people around her.

And on the performance side, one thing I’ve admired most is how she has learned to find that perfect balance. Kristin pushes herself, challenges herself, and stays locked in… while also knowing how to train smart and stay consistent long term. That’s maturity. That’s growth.

Honored to celebrate not just an athlete, but a friend.

400 sessions strong and still going. 💪

P.S. If you need anymore evidence of her growth mindset.. she worked out on a Wednesday IYKYK💪🏾

Running it back for our 4th… and it still feels unreal. 💚

This past weekend wasn’t just a celebration, it was a reminder of who we are.

Every early morning.
Every late-night push.
Every rep, every high five, every “you got this” across the turf…

Day by day, session by session, we’ve built something bigger than workouts. We’ve built a place where people show up as strangers and leave as family.

And the more time we spend here, the more it becomes clear: this isn’t just where we train… this is where we belong.

ISI® Greensboro isn’t just a gym.
It’s a feeling. It’s a standard. It’s a community that refuses to settle.

Together we rise. 💚
