POWER ATHLETE OF THE WEEK 🏆

Honoring Kristin on her 400th session. 👏

Almost a year and a half ago, Kristin walked in for our first session together … and to see the growth from that moment to now has been extraordinary.

What makes Kristin unique goes far beyond the work she puts in on the turf.

She truly lives the phrase “iron sharpens iron.” Kristin is a huge part of this community, always willing to support, encourage, and show up for others. She represents this facility the right way because she is fully bought in, not just to herself, but to the people around her.

And on the performance side, one thing I’ve admired most is how she has learned to find that perfect balance. Kristin pushes herself, challenges herself, and stays locked in… while also knowing how to train smart and stay consistent long term. That’s maturity. That’s growth.

Honored to celebrate not just an athlete, but a friend.

400 sessions strong and still going. 💪

P.S. If you need anymore evidence of her growth mindset.. she worked out on a Wednesday IYKYK💪🏾

You know those friends you don’t talk to every day but when you get together it’s like you never skipped a beat?

Cherish those friends bc they are one in a million. Thankfully I have two 🫶🏼

@ksmith8184 @c.keroack are those friends. I am so thankful I met them in Charleston 10+ years ago. Not to mention they introduce you to new besties @raewalk 💁🏻‍♀️ Cheers to many more memories 🥂
