Always excited to have former athletes stop in to train, or just to say hi!

Extremely fired up for this young man. Very confident that he will show the entire College Football World what those who know him best, and the staff at @huskerfbnation #huskerfootball already know. That Oliver Martin is one of the top WRs in the Big Ten and likely the Nation!

Big things expected from the entire WR unit in Lincoln this fall. They finally have several legit threats, as well as solid depth at the position!

Keep doin’ You “O”‼️⚪️🔴🌽🏈 #GBR #nebraskafootball #bigtenfootball #SU_Posse #SUspeed #SUtoDI #GiddyUp

When Illinois postponed its HS🏈season @mark_gorbatenko73 could have sat back and waited for life to happen. Instead he was pro-active, resourceful and found a place to play his Senior season. Luckily it brought him here to Eastern Iowa, and in particular to Clear Creek Amana HS.

Mark #MadeItHappen and earned himself several prestigious Division I football scholarships. His Faith, resolve and work ethic were truly admirable and I’m better off for having gotten to know and spend time with him.

As he moves on to college and begins his Div.I college🏈 journey at @lafayettecollege @LafColFootball we have NO doubt success will follow him to Easton, PA! @lafstrength @eftfootball_academy @patriotleague @barringtonhighschool #GoPards #MakeItHappen #EarnIt #BallOutIA #SU_Posse #RoughRidersRide

Big thank you to Coach Luke Meadows (and family) @coachlesmiles and entire @kufootball staff for their hospitality Saturday.
Most of all thank you for making my daughter Carly feel so welcome during each aspect! We will see what the future holds , but Leif Magnuson has a tough decision ahead. I must say adding a second #RoughRider in Lawrence, KS sounds alright by me!
Not the outcome we hoped for but a SELLOUT crowd in Lawrence was fantastic to see! Hope to see that become a regular occurrence in the years to come! #SUposse @hotfeetsports @RCJH #RockChalkJayHawk #KansasFootball #SaskatoonToLawrence #TheYellowBrickRoad

Vegas has him at 10:1 odds to win the Heisman. I have a feeling that's exactly how he likes it! #earnit #respect #player #thegoat

As Niki's Doctor put it they are our two little "freaks of nature ". I'd say perfect little miracles, but words are overrated. They are Love 💖🙏🏻😊

Members of @iowarocketsvolleyball 16U squad focus during a single leg RDL hold during our regeneration and recovery day. For those looking to compete after H.S. These techniques are a must to maximize and maintain performance throughout a grueling training week, and over the duration of a full season!! #SmartBody #regeneration #recovery #strengthforgirls #TrainSmart

I still have this media guide in my office. At the time I was at Arkansas and knowing what a special player Deangelo was and would be it was the first time I asked a player I had coached to sign something as a memento......It speaks to Deangelo's work ethic that he looks the same today as he did on this media guide cover from over a decade ago!!! #pittsburghsteelers #memphistigers #ProBowler

Strength U Director of Mental Performance and Head Strength Coach, Mike Gillette with one of his MANY star pupils/ninjas at Triad Gymnastics, Alexa. Yesterday she received the scholarship offer she'd been waiting for (she's received countless offers but wanted one in particular). Alexa will compete collegiately for the defending National Champion Oklahoma Sooners, adding yet another Triad Gymnast to the very long list of major Division I signees! #BoomerSooner #MikeGillette #GymStrong
