Part 2: Training the Plyokinetic Chain

Strength is impressive. Converting it into power efficiently and safely is another question. Putting strength into motion is the next challenge as we align your phase-function-future in the Strong Angle

Noah shows his strength as we work through strength and plyometric training on the Accelerator, UpSquat, and Supercat, along with neuromuscular functional core exercises.

The focus? Connect the whole body, coordinate force, and maintain control as the movement demands change.

Through the Strong Angle Lens, we’re looking at how each exercise contributes to a more capable, integrated Total Kinetic Chain.

Strong. Coordinated. Ready for the next demand.

You can be strong and still struggle to put it all together.

Watch the rhythm, foot placement, balance, and timing as these drills unfold. The challenge is coordinating the whole body while moving forward, sideways, and over obstacles.

Through the Strong Angle Lens, we look beyond completing the drill. Can you maintain control? Connect one movement to the next? Repeat it with quality as the demands change?

That’s where Nervous System Training and Total Kinetic Chain conditioning come together.

Practice the coordination that lets you use your strength.

Thanks to @markyv22 for connecting @noahfont to The Strong Angle.

Different bodies. Different goals. Different starting points. One UpSquat.

An athlete working through ACL rehab. A fitness model training after a stroke. A heavyweight bodybuilder in his 60s with plenty of miles on his knees.

The machine itself and weights and bands change to match the person’s strength, movement, and goals. Adjust the setup. Find their starting point. Build from there.

That’s Strong Angle: more gains, less pains.

My first attempt at using heavy weight on the #UpSquat. This surprisingly felt really good. Way better than I even expected. The new harness was designed to feel similar to a safety squat bar. Its a game changer. This machine is redefining #legday

Best part, the Upsquats can be purchased at mystrongangle.com/equipment. There is also more informstion about the machine and the StrongAngle. You can DM me here or reach out on the platform.

Only 3/10 left in this run. Cant wait to hear more from the people who purchased it.

Landing awkwardly can put dangerous stress on your knees. If your spine alignment is off during landing, your ACL might not handle the force. Protect your joints!

Non-contact ACL injuries are an epidemic. Why are they skyrocketing in sports? It's not random. It's about weak angles and poor biomechanics.

Why are ACL injuries skyrocketing in sports? It's not always direct contact. Sometimes, it's a subtle issue, a pre-existing tear, or even just movement. #ACLInjuries #SportsScience #InjuryPrevention #AthleticPerformance #KneeHealth #SportsMedicine #AthleteLife #ReelsSports #TrainingTips

Race walking rules force a 'spinal engine' technique. Hip gets so high for clearance, making them look silly but essential for competition. It's all about the rules!

My research on core stabilization and athletic performance revealed a surprising lack of data despite widespread practice. True science takes time to unfold.
