One of the things I’m most proud of is having my little girl by my side at the gym🥹❤️

She already knows so many exercises, tries to copy me, and genuinely enjoys every moment of it🏋️‍♀️I love watching her learn, explore, and grow while doing something that I love❤️

My little workout buddy, my biggest motivation❤️❤️❤️

That heart rate might seem low to some, but I usually hit 173 bpm in Zone 5.

As for the training itself, I started working out at @thestrongbox three weeks ago to build strength. Jokes aside, I’ve definitely noticed a difference; I feel more energetic throughout the day (I train at 5 AM), and during my last two bike sessions, I felt like I could sustain a power output above my comfort zone for longer periods.

I won’t go into detail about my recent road bike rides because I realized my sensor is off... but I’ll save that topic for another day 😓😂
