Last night was more than a celebration of Season One and a toast to Season Two, it was a glimpse of the community we are building through A Splash More.

I believe there’s power in women sharing their stories with honesty and vulnerability. When we make room for the joyful parts, the hard parts, and everything we’re still becoming, someone else can feel seen and less alone. The women in this photo reflect the spirit I hope this platform continues to create.

I’m grateful to every woman who showed up in support of this next chapter, and to the partners who helped bring the evening to life. This is only the beginning.

Just give me six months and watch what happens. Here I am, stronger at 36 than I was at 26. This year I told myself I’d focus more on myself and my health. Over the last few years, I felt uncomfortable in my own skin and in my clothes. I made excuses for myself—I was too tired or too drained from work. I was never a gym person. I tried yoga, spin and it didn’t stick. I knew I needed to change. It wasn’t until I started making healthier food choices, walking more and going to the Studio MDR that I started to see the shift. I found a community of instructors who are welcoming, encouraging and made me want to keep coming back to get stronger. I became more motivated. I found more confidence and energy. I didn’t change overnight, I changed by choosing myself 🤍
