For YEARS, you’ve been asking me some version of the same question… “How do I get MORE of THIS?”

More of the conversations that go beyond the surface.
More opportunities to get to know the people in the room. More ways to stay connected long after the event ends.
More access to the kind of people who challenge you, champion you, and make you better.

And every time, I’ve thought… I KNOW. I’VE BEEN THINKING ABOUT IT TOO. 👀

What I’ve watched happen over and over again at The Table is that the real magic isn’t just what happens when we’re together in person.

It’s what happens when those introductions turn into friendships, collaborations, referrals, business opportunities, and the people you call when life gets messy.

But those relationships need room to grow long after everyone heads home.

So, I’ve been working on something.
Something I’ve wanted to create for a LONG time.
Something that brings more of what you love about The Table into your everyday life, no matter where you are or what season you’re in.

And it’s finally coming to life. 🥹

In just a few days, it’ll officially be LIVE. And if you’ve ever left one of our events wishing you could bottle up the room and take it home with you… just know I’ve heard you loud and clear.

Drop the word JOIN below if you’re curious for more info and I promise I’ll share more soon. Just know, your people are waiting for you.

A couch is where bringing humanity back to business was born. In a conversation with my wife who watches and listens to me everyday. She interpreted and gave language to it all.

Thats the beauty of storytelling. It’s story listening. Because stories don’t exist if they aren’t heard and if they’re not shared and received.

This is what we do. This is who we are.

Can’t wait to share more behind our story.

We will link a reel to this video to watch another story that was birthed from a couch that informs so much of what we do now.

6 weeks before TTE 2025 i was having an actual meltdown. I’m not being dramatic, like a REAL one. Things were not panning out how I had expected and I was very in my feels.

In the midst of my downward spiral, a new friend I’d been vibing with on IG for a few months (never met in person, just one of those DM connections where you can tell) sends me a message.

She runs one of the largest women’s conferences in the entire midwest…like we’re talking 500+ people… the real deal.

And she tells me she’s booking a flight to come out to Arizona for the event. My brain instantly went straight to the worst place. It feels like it was just yesterday…

“She’s gonna show up, see how small this is compared to what she puts on and be like….umm did I just get catfished?” I know I know….so much irrational thinking happening in that season.

Fast forward: she came to AZ. Flew across the country alone knowing no one in the room. And wouldn’t you know - it was fine. More than fine, actually.

Afterwards she tells me the experience that I created completely shifted how she even thinks about her own event. For her, it had always been bigger is better. That’s what she thought “success” looked like (turns out so did I). She now had a fresh perspective she didn’t have before.

This year, she cut her own event in half and said it was the most profitable, most impactful one she’s ever had.

So the EXACT thing i was most embarrassed about — that we weren’t “big enough” — ended up being the whole reason this room works the way it does.

We’re not trying to be the biggest room. We’re trying to be the room you don’t wanna leave.

This is exactly why we keep it small — 100 seats on purpose. @thetable.az Experience Feb 5-6 in Phoenix, AZ. If you want in the room, comment TTE2027 and I’ll send the link right to your inbox.

And to @demireesuanne - thank you for taking a chance on this room. You’re stuck with me now ILYSM 🤟🏻

Building a LEGACY together 🙌

Last year, we started bringing together ambitious, growth-minded couples for an intimate dinner party experience at The Table: Legacy Builders.

A diverse room with a mix of entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, government employees and blue collar pros created a powerful platform for conversations full of depth, vulnerability and desire to walk alongside one another down a path of transformative personal and professional development.

From topics like alignment and goals to intimacy and communication, we peeled back the layers one by one to create meaningful conversations surrounded by like-minded couples.

The Table: Legacy Builders is coming back on Saturday October 17th at 6pm at @themonasteryaz and it’s an evening you’ll be talking about for weeks and months to follow.

This experience is intimate in design and application based to join to ensure the best experience possible for these couples as we go deep quick and walk away changed in all the best ways. If you want to grab one of the few remaining sets of tickets left drop the word LEGACY below to snag the link to apply to join us!

Before you can listen to anyone else, you have to learn to listen to yourself.

The hardest part of storytelling isn’t hearing other people’s truths. It’s sitting with your own.

No script. No perfect answers. Just you and whatever comes up.

Can you be comfortable with your own uncomfortableness?

That’s where it all starts.

Trust your voice. Trust yourself. Everything else flows from there.

And if you want to become a better storyteller, it doesn’t start with learning how to talk better. It starts with learning how to listen better.

That’s a huge part of what I teach in our storytelling course. How to use story to connect, build trust, and create content that actually feels like you.

If you want to learn how, comment STORY and I’ll send you the course. ❤️

Storytelling isn’t a marketing tactic. It’s a practice.

Alex has spent over a decade helping founders tell their stories through documentary-style filmmaking, and along the way, built a philosophy worth sharing: Authentic storytelling starts with vulnerability. Not performance. The willingness to give something true to another person. It’s what separates you from the competition, and what helps you find the people who actually resonate with your work.

His challenge to every room he speaks in: if you want to be a better storyteller, become a better story listener first.

Our mission at Catedral Collective remains the same — bring humanity back to business, one story at a time.

Tell me what you think: do you get offended by someone giving you direction when they’re taking a pic of you and your friends?

In my opinion, i think it’s a mean girl activity to say nothing and let someone look bad in a photo… but that’s just me!

I had so much fun speaking at @thetable.az Pre Powerhouse Party all about posing! This group was incredible and I loved workshopping poses with some groups and sharing a few moodboards to get the creative juices flowing!

If you need help posing or want to feel more confident in front of the camera, send me a DM and I’d love to help!

Oof. I hope that slaps in the best way. If you're a woman who KNOWS she's meant for more, read that again. 👀

You probably don't need another podcast.
Another book.
Another morning routine.
Another person telling you what to do.

You already know.

You know the conversation you need to have.
The boundary you need to set.
The thing you need to start.
The room you need to walk into.
The habit you need to change.
The version of yourself you've been saying you want to become.

The problem isn't always that we don't know what to do.

Sometimes we're just negotiating with the discomfort of actually doing it.

And girl, I get it. That comfort zone can make a VERY convincing argument. 😂

But the life you're obsessed with probably isn't waiting inside the exact same choices that created the life you have now.

You don't need to change everything today.

Just stop negotiating with the one thing you already know it's time to do.

What is it? 👇🏼
