While the external effects of the Covid-19 pandemic are easily visible, sometimes the internal effects of the pandemic are not. Mental illness can be exacerbated or triggered due to the increase in isolation, worry, and anxiety. Thankfully, the Counseling Center here at IUP is a fantastic way to find help if you find yourself facing any of these problems.
