Theta Chi Epsilon Eta would like to honor the thousands of lives lost 25 years ago on this day. We would like to fondly remember our brother William C. Sugra (Bill Sugra)IUP 93’. He was a beloved member of our organization and the surrounding community. Bill was from Allentown, PA. He earned his bachelors degree in finance from IUP before taking a job in New York City. He was only 29 when he passed away.

Todd Rader (Epsilon Eta/IUP 1994) shared, “Bill lived two doors down from me when we lived in the fraternity house our Junior year at IUP. One thing I will always remember about Bill was that he was one of the nicest people I had ever met. His parents should be very proud that they raised a fine and outstanding young man who was always a gentleman and a great person.” by @thetachi_iup
