Every gym has three completely different personalities depending on what time you walk through the door. 😂

Morning crew knows exactly what I’m talking about.

The Shire → The Fellowship → Mordor

What time do you train?

Pick your Shred Bear. 👀

Which one are you?
Or better question… which Shred Bear are you cuddling up with after leg day? 😂

Queen Bear.
Chaos Bear.
Healing Bear.
Vibe Bear.

Honestly… these started because I was at Pete’s Coffee yesterday and the Barista at the register had a Care Bear pen. And my brain instantly went:

“Yo… we need SHRED BEARS.” 💀

So here we are.

And the more I thought about it, the more it actually made sense.

Back in the day, Care Bears were all about different attributes and energies. Kindness. Caring. Friendship. Love. Different personalities people connected with.

Shred Kulture is honestly the same thing… just through the lens of gym culture, discipline, recovery, chaos, growth, confidence, loyalty, fuel, vibes, rage, and becoming harder to kill mentally and physically.

Because everybody in this culture has their own superpower.

Some people are Chaos Bear.
Some are Healing Bear.
Some are pure Rage Bear energy.
Some are Fuel Bear meal-prep psychopaths.
Some are just vibing through life blasting music in oversized hoodies like Vibe Bear.

Truth is… if you’re really part of the culture, you’re probably a combination of all of them.

That’s what makes this fun as hell to create.

And trust me…
This is only the beginning.

We’re about to enter a whole SHRED KULTURE universe of twisted 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s nostalgia characters turned into gym-culture degenerates. 😂

So now I gotta know…

Which Shred Bear are YOU? 👇

*some images got cut off. Go to the Shred Kulture site to see full graphics and more. Link in bio. Sorry, these cuddly Shred Bears are not for sale. Until someone makes them for me 😂 maybe someone has a @hasbro hookup 😜

Started as gym nemesis over a bench and a dumbbell rack.

Ended with PRs, meal prep, coffee dates, a business plan, and fighting crime together at night.

Iron sharpens iron 😂

Tag the gym bro you accidentally became emotionally attached to.

This used to be a tough decision.

Now it’s not.

I know what I need to feel good.
I know what throws me off.

Late nights… random plans… being out just to be out…

That doesn’t line up with what I’m trying to do.

I’m up early.
I train hard.
I take my recovery seriously.

So yeah… most nights, I’m choosing sleep.

Not because I “have to”…

Because I want to.

That’s the tradeoff.

And I’m good with it.

FRIDAY PRO TIP FROM AN AMATEUR

You ever hit a set so hard you want to cry, scream, and smile at the same time?

That’s the one.
That’s the good pain — the pain that tells you you just ripped the muscle down and now it’s time to rebuild.

Today was Chest & Shoulder Touch Up…

Felt a pec tear.
Nothing crazy — just a small tear during dumbbell bench. Felt it two reps into my heaviest set and shut it down immediately.

Here’s the lesson:
There’s a difference between good pain and bad pain.
• Good pain: the burn, the lactic acid, the muscle screaming during that last rep
• Bad pain: sharp, stabbing, something-ripped kind of pain — and you know it when it happens

I dialed it back.
Still trained. Still worked. Just didn’t ego lift through the injury.
Train hard. Train smart. Know the difference.

Now let’s talk recovery:
You’re constantly breaking the muscle down —So you better be fueling it back up right.
• High-protein meals
• Vitamins + minerals
• And my secret weapon: Prestige Labs Intra

Intra is the next level up from BCAAs — it’s designed to repair, recover, and replenish your muscles mid-lift and post-workout.

I take it every day — and when something does go wrong (like that tear), it helps my body bounce back quicker.

Don’t just tear it down — build it back.
Click the link in my bio to get your Prestige Labs supplements at 40% off.

Comment “GROWTH” and I’ll DM you my full muscle recovery stack.

Some places are just magical like that. It’s been a while since I had a vibe like this and I’m so so blessed to have connected with so many bright spirits. Like y’all don’t know how much I needed that reorientation to continue to move with love and peace and conviction in my craft. That’s so much to @cielos.collective and @one_centricity for bringing me out! Truly, can’t wait for more experiences.
