I share my diagnosis story and how I’m learning about ADHD and that it is so much more than a learning disability, and it has the potential to become a super power! the more we begin to understand ourselves and how our neurodivergent brains work and I’m on mission to get there.

✨ I dive deep into my journey and share how I’m starting to reframe my brain to love myself and not shame myself. This episode is for anyone with ADHD who didn’t get the road map and is just starting to understand this diagnosis and how it shows up in our lives.

Love is in the air and Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! In honor of this holiday, we’re broaching a subject long avoided and ignored by most: navigating intimacy with a spinal fusion.

Our founder, Meredith, will be joined by pelvic floor and scoliosis expert, Dr. Laura Glazebrook, and podcast host of Unaligned and Unfiltered, Jac Rocco for a thoughtful and open discussion.

A couple of house rules:
•All participants must be 18+ to attend.
•This will be an inclusive safe space where all genders and types of relationships are welcome and respected.
•There is a form to fill out during registration where you can submit questions anonymously if you’d prefer.

✨This is the Season Finale and it’s an emotional and very personal one that takes a look behind the scenes of what I and my family have been going through this last month.

✨In this episode I open about my moms recurrence of triple negative breast cancer diagnosis and how it has flipped our world upside down. I get real about the coping mechanisms I have been using to keep me from spiraling to the dark place I go to in moments of heartache. I spoke with my momma dukes prior to filming this and while it’s a heavy topic I share because I believe it can help someone 🖤

In this episode, we meet Jac, a.k.a. The Twisted Wanderer. We dive into her personal journey with scoliosis and overcoming adversity.

Jac is a 34-year-old scoliosis and spinal fusion warrior who turned her personal challenges into a platform for connection and advocacy. Diagnosed with scoliosis at 13 and undergoing spinal fusion at 25, she spent years navigating chronic pain, misinformation, and isolationâ€”without a roadmap or community.

In 2023, Jac launched The Twisted Wanderer to fill the gap she once feltâ€”offering support, resources, and real talk for adults and young adults living with scoliosis, spinal fusion, and invisible disabilities. Her mission is to break the stigma around chronic pain, mental health, and disability while embracing the healing journey in real time.
