When we “check out”, it’s simply about saying what we have taken from the time, or the talk or the activity. Sometimes we leave feeling similar to how we did when we arrived but more often than not, we leave feeling lifted and lighter than when we arrived. Sharing time and space with men who have your back will do that. Want to give it a go? Link is in our bio.

15 years of @ilovemanchester ❤️🐝
What a way to celebrate Manchester’s incredible creative community! A room full of independent businesses, inspiring people and the kind of energy that makes this city so special.
Manchester has always been a city built on creativity, ambition and people supporting people, and it was brilliant to see so much of that under one roof.
A massive thank you to the I Love Manchester team for including UNDERFOUND in your journey. We’re proud to be part of this community and everything it represents.
Here’s to 15 years of championing Manchester, and many more to come! 🥂.

Sometimes you’re feeling good. Sometimes you’re stressed. Sometimes you’re somewhere in between and you don’t really know what’s going on.

That’s the whole point.

At abandofbrothers, we start by checking in with each other. No putting on a front or pretending everything’s fine when it isn’t.

We’re just men being honest about where we’re at. You don’t need to have it all figured out.

If you know you need to make a change, we’d love to walk alongside you while you make it. You’ll be paired with a mentor who will have your back plus the full support of your local @abandofbrothersuk community.

DM us, what’s to lose?

We value opportunities to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with some of the simple skills and traditions that have been passed down through generations.

Learning how to make, build, cook, forage and work with what’s around us helps keep skills alive skills that our ancestors would have relied on every day.

It’s not just about the skill itself but equally about slowing down, sharing a fire, a few laughs, and a sense of achievement when you finally get it right.

Feeling the call to escape the noise? DM us, we’d love to have you.

Before we get into what we’re doing, we take a moment to check in. Every @abandofbrothersuk meeting starts here. A simple pause to ask ourselves “How am I doing today? What am I carrying? What’s going on for me right now?”

There’s no expectation to have the right words, and no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. It’s simply an opportunity to be present, honest and heard.

Out in the woods with @mtccic , the setting might change, but the principle stays the same.

If you’re craving some calm and a place you can be heard, DM us. It could be the start of a new chapter for you.
