POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

There was a time when I could clearly visualize the woman I yearned to be… but I had ABSOLUTELY no idea how to reach her. She seemed a million miles away from my current reality…

I was in an unhappy marriage.
I was struggling severely with postnatal depression.
I had no direction in my work.
I had just had an explant.
And honestly… almost no confidence in who I was as a woman..
I lived life on auto pilot & numbed out.

I had spent so long people pleasing, seeking validation and trying to be everything for everyone else that I had forgotten what I wanted & needed from this life.

I had forgotten my voice.
My desires.
My softness.
My fire 🔥

But underneath it all…
she was in there there…

The woman I dreamt of becoming 💭

Soft. Sensual. Expressed. Wild.
Grounded in herself.
At home in her body.
Unapologetic about what she desires.
Deeply trusting of the woman she is & her innate wisdom.
ALIVE, LOUD & PASSIONATE 🌹

And I thought it would take years to become her.

Until I realised…

I didn’t need to become her.

I needed to decide I was worthy of her.

Worthy of pleasure.
Worthy of abundance.
Worthy of being seen.
Worthy of taking up space.
Worthy of a life that felt delicious to actually LIVE.

And once I made that decision, everything began to shift.

One boundary.
One brave choice.
One act of devotion to myself at a time.

And then somehow, almost in the blink of an eye…

She was here.

Not perfect. Not finished.

But open.
Alive.
Rooted.
In her body.
In her truth.
In bloom 🌹

And wowww, I am so proud of her.

If you can feel your woman stirring underneath everything you’ve been taught to be… you’re in the right place.

For the final few months of 2026, I’ll be offering my last ever 1:1 mentorship and my final online group mentorship.

One final season of remembering, softening, shedding and coming home to the woman who has been there all along.

If you feel her calling, comment BLOOM below and I’ll send you the details 🌹

Just over a week until our event and this is all feeling SO special now 🤎
We have been chatting about what we want this day to feel like and honestly it’s simple… connection.

A beautiful long lunch, incredible food, a beverage, time to actually breathe and be present and a room full of women you may never have crossed paths with otherwise.

No pressure, no awkward networking, a panel of powerful conversations, incredible women and hopefully some really special new connections made along the way.

We are down to our FINAL 10 TICKETS and then that’s it 🥹

Tickets will also be closing STRICTLY this Thursday at 5pm so we can finalise everything and start getting ready to spoil you all.

September 12 … We cannot wait 🤎

These days, I find myself craving and marinating in the simplest things.

Slow mornings. Bare feet on the earth. Music that makes me feel something. Long walks. Deep breaths. Beautiful food. Meaningful conversations. Moments with no agenda.

The parts of my life I once would have rushed through now feel like the parts I want to savour the most. I think that’s what coming home to yourself does ♥️

You stop performing your life, and start actually living it, really.

You become less available for noise, urgency, proving, pushing and anything that pulls you away from your own centre.

My inner peace has become one of the most valuable things I possess & the older I get, the more protective I am of the people, places and choices that allow me to keep it.

A simple little life, deeply felt, is truly the greatest luxury of all.
And if this resonates with you, you are in the right place my love 🌺💫

My journey in health and wellness has continued to evolve as I have 🦋

What began with a passion for naturopathy and supporting the body through nutrition and herbal medicine has grown into something much deeper 🤍

“You look happier.”

“Thanks. I’ve just been surrounding myself with women who fill my cup up.” ❤️‍🔥

And honestly… that’s exactly what May was!

It started with a solo flight to the Gold Coast, walking into the “Magnetic Woman Dinner” hosted by the gorgeous @madelyncarafa and leaving absolutely lit the FK up! 🔥

Every woman in that room was already thriving, already building, already leading - and instead of feeling intimidating it felt like the most electric energy I’ve ever been in!! The guest speakers were incredibly magnetic women! @georgiestevenson @davvyxx @amylouiseshaw 👏🔥😮‍💨

It was a room of women who are passionate and driven and soft and powerful all at once. Who celebrated each other genuinely. Who shared their wisdom freely with women they’d only just met!

What a blessing to walk into a room full of leaders who made me feel like I belong there!👸👏

I spent four weeks inside Davina’s @theupgradespace container going so much deeper than I expected. Tears, laughter, dancing, and being witnessed in ways that cracked me wide open. Each of those queens in the group were absolute inspirations to me, and genuinely beautiful souls 🤍

It was turning 36 and feeling so loved, appreciated and celebrated! 🥳💃🥹

It was hosting my own events and watching women transform in real time.

Meeting new clients who felt like they were always meant to find me.

Play dates and little hands pressed against the aquarium glass and all the quietly beautifully-ordinary moments that actually make up my life.

Old friends who know every version of me.
New friends who feel like old souls.

Conversations that nobody wanted to end!

DMs full of love I didn’t ask for but needed more than I knew. 🫶

And somewhere in all of it, something really landed for me.

Living IS the healing!

Not the perfectly structured morning routine or waiting until you feel ready. Just showing up fully, saying yes to the things that light you up, letting people in, being present for your own life and choosing yourself every single day!

I’m serious about healing, but I’m VERY serious about living!

❤️‍🔥 It’s time to Reclaim You ❤️‍🔥

Your emotions are the language of your body 🌹

The tension.
The unease.
The subtle knowing that something isn’t quite right.

That’s alignment speaking.

And when you ignore it, when you stay, when you override what you feel….

you don’t just stay in misalignment
you begin to create more of it.

Because your body starts to believe
👉🏽 this is what’s safe
👉🏽 this is what’s normal
👉🏽 this is familiar
👉🏽 this is what we accept

You don’t need more clarity.
You need to trust what you already feel.

Thats where having a better understanding of your energetics & embodiment comes into play… and if that is something you’re interested in, you are in the right place ✨

35 and the theme is: the life I once prayed for 🎂🌹♥️

I’ve never done anything like this before… but it’s becoming so clear that the women in my world are ready to go deeper ❤️‍🔥

Deeper into their bodies
Deeper into their energy
Deeper into their truth

Deeper into the way they create, connect, and expand.

For a while now I’ve been sitting with this feeling…
That the women I work with individually are so incredibly powerful, so intuitive, so magnetic… and I’ve always thought
I wish they could experience each other.

Because there is something so incredibly potent about women coming together in the same space (hence why I love running retreats so much).

The way we soften, the way we open, the way we reflect and expand one another… it creates a depth that you simply can’t access alone.

So I thought it was about time I create something extra special for the women wanting MORE 🌹

A 4 week intimate online group container where you are held, guided, and surrounded by women who feel like home ♥️

Inside this space we will gently explore;

🤍 Embodiment, breath & somatic work

🪷 The nervous system and learning to feel safe in your body
your energy and how to move with it > not against it.

🫦 Sensuality & feminine expression

✨ Manifestation through alignment and devotion

🧲 & the way you show up in your life and business from a place of magnetism

This is not just a program.

It’s a space to soften, to be seen, to reconnect, and to rise… together.

I’ve never offered anything like this before, and there is something about this first round that feels extra intimate, extra powerful, extra special.

This is a very exclusive container with limited spaces available.

It will be first in, best dressed for this first intake and the women who have already said YES are 😮‍💨 This is a circle you want to be apart of.

If you’ve been feeling the pull… this is your invitation.

Send me through a dm if this is calling you x
