POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

At least we got the weekend off…

It was strange — almost peaceful — to have a weekend to ourselves. To sit in the sun, slow down, and feel like part of society again. Something we usually miss, buried in prep for markets.

But the reason why? Brutal.

A freezer failure wiped out all our stock — thousands of dollars gone, just like that. Along with all the early mornings, late nights, and prep we put in for our biggest month yet.

We’re heartbroken. But we’re not giving up. Because no great business story ever started with “everything went to plan.”

This is just another plot point in our origin story — and we’ll come back stronger.

Catch us at Queen Vic Market this week (maybe from Thursday, so we’ve had time to rebuild stock 🙏). Your support right now means the world.

Important update for the future plans of this page 🚨

Firstly, we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has enjoyed our content and come along for the ride so far. You guys make the world go round! 🌍👏

We are only just getting started and so far have loved putting our heart and souls into making content for you BUT we believe the purpose of this page has become tad bit confused.

Currently it has nutrition, cooking (and as you would have noticed, not all recipes on this page would be the most ideal for weightloss or nutrition) and we are also doing giveaways. 🤦‍♂️

Most social media pages double down on a particular topic and really focus on becoming a master in that area as opposed to an average jack of all trades. 👑

So that we can improve and give you the most relevant content - we are changing respawn nutrition to focus solely on the nutrition side of things and Chris will be starting his own page - @thevegemitechef

Chris will be exploring all kinds of foods and dishes that he is passionate about exploring - those that are healthy and the not so healthy. If you have enjoyed Chris’s content so far then go give him a follow as he will go on to achieve big things! Of course, all of the healthy recipes will continue to be featured here. 🍔🌮

Respawn will be focusing on helping gamers lose weight with easy to follow nutrition advice, food tips and overcoming mindset barriers. You’re in the right place if you want the tools and skillsets needed to embrace the confident person you are without sacrificing the fun. 🌱🍓🍑

Lastly, regarding the giveaways. Whilst we had a lot of fun doing them and enjoyed seeing the joy it gave some of you, it’s not in line with the message we want from these pages or the content that we want to be creating. As a final hoorah we will be doing one last giveaway which we will announce soon. Of course we understand that some of you this will be a dealbreaker so for those that no longer wish to follow - we apprecate you coming with us on our short journey together. For those that enjoy the content and will stay regardless of the giveaways we thank you for your ongoing support. 🤗🫂
