I am passionate about graphic design and also passionate about making sure NZers who live overseas know how easy it is to vote!!!

Overseas NZers: did you know you can vote from anywhere, online, in about 15 minutes???

Voting papers can be downloaded from 21 October (nothing is posted out), and the vote needs to be uploaded by 7pm NZ time on 7 November.

Oi Vote is a non-partisan, volunteer-run site, which walks people through it step by step, including what to do if vote.nz says they’re not enrolled.

YOU HAVE TO RE-ENROL QUICK that’s super easy too.

It even has a ready-made message to send to a friend on WhatsApp.

Please vote and vote green 💚💚💚

A quick note from Emily and Josh to our [insert place you live, this should be in your franchise booklet] community.

Dear community,
There’s been plenty of talk lately about grocery prices and what’s next for New Zealand’s grocery sector. We wanted to share where we stand, as your local, provincial, neighbourhood supermarket owners.

Unlike you, our workers have jobs, and they do those jobs. Our team is in store from 3am until past 9pm, seven days a week. I’m not sure if you know how hours work, but that’s a lot of hours.

“Look, the government have already created a lot of harm, and they will continue to do so if we don’t stop them, but they cannot kill Te Tiriti while it is on the lips and in the hearts of the people.

“We must fight for it, we must continue to advance it, we owe that to both the past generations who fought through politically dire times to build its status to where it is today, and we owe it to future generations who will be burdened with the work we don’t carry out in our time.

“So before we start talking about hope, I think we need to consider our duty to past and future generations, and what it means to be in the right relationship to the past, the future, this whenua, and the people of this whenua.” - @tinangata @votefortetiriti

In Manukau at the final race yesterday. Don’t let the cruel and murderous greyhound racing industry hide who they really are.

Our health system is under immense pressure.

Primary care is stretched beyond capacity. Hospitals are overwhelmed. Aged care, Māori and iwi providers are working tirelessly to meet growing demand, while too many people and whānau are waiting too long to access the care they need.

Nurses, midwives and health care assistants continue to go above and beyond every single day, but they can't keep carrying the weight of an overstretched system alone. Unsafe staffing and chronic underinvestment are putting both health workers and patients at risk.

Help save our health system this November.

It’s so laughable that National and ACT MPs are pretending they care about women and maternity leave suddenly.

180,000 workers had their futures stolen because National and ACT don’t believe in pay equity for women.

I don’t think people really understand how much materially this has destroyed lives. Home support workers lost nearly $28,000 in income they should have earned. These are ALREADY some of the lowest income women workers in this country.

And Christopher Luxon is being praised for calling a misogynist sexist?

Fucking spare me. This entire government is full of misogynists and pick me women who are obsessed with power.

Simeon Brown thinks he should control your body to the extent that he’s against contraception wants to crow about how he’s such a good dad because he changed nappies…God give me fucking strength to deal with these “Christian” men who want us barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen.

David Seymour spent more time snap chatting your daughters than considering their futures.

Chris Bishop without a hint of irony said the man who once declared “A woman is a person with a pussy and a pair of tits” is “a sexist dickhead”. Thanks for letting us know dude weird that all of you only have a desire to speak up now?

This guy was in cabinet. They were fine with his misogyny because misogyny is baked into this government.

At least NZ First don’t pretend they don’t hate women.

If you voted for it and if you vote for it again you’re voting for misogyny.
