Anyone can do CrossFit, but it’s not for everyone. Our coaches use proven teaching processes to help anyone learn how to exercise in a safe and effective manner. And these processes help people move better, gain strength and endurance and get more fit overall. This leads to improving your self esteem, confidence and self perception to being a more capable person. To get these mental and physical results, you need to be committed to showing up 4-5 x per week, work hard and give your best effort, no matter what’s happening in your busy life. Family Fitness Day 🖤 Kids don’t get to choose the habits they grow up with. They learn what movement looks like by watching us. They learn how to push through challenges by doing hard things with us. And they learn that fitness can be fun, social, and something the whole family gets to be a part of. Family Fitness Day was a reminder that working out doesn’t have to mean doing it alone. It can mean running together, cheering each other on, trying something new, laughing, getting uncomfortable, and making memories along the way. US Sailing wants YOU to register for the 2026 U.S. Youth Championship, October 9-12 at Alamitos Bay Yacht Club in Long Beach, CA.   The Youth Champs is US Sailing’s premier youth championship, sailed in the 29er, Formula Kite, International 420, ILCA 6, ILCA 7 and iQFOiL classes. First sailed in 1973, this will be the 53rd Anniversary U.S. Youth Championship. This year’s Youth Champs is the qualifier for the US Sailing Youth Worlds Team for the 29er, Formula Kite, i420, ILCA 6 and iQFOiL classes.  Be sure to read the Notice of Race for important eligibility rules, ILCA6 invitation criteria, Vakaros/racesense info, and more.   Don’t miss out! The sailor registration deadline is September 1 (regular) / September 15 (late fee) and coach registration deadline is October 1. More information on the event webpage (link in bio).

iQFOiL North Americans 🇺🇸🌊 What a week :) So grateful for everyone I got to meet this week. Racing against such a talented fleet, learning from different coaches, and making new friends made this a week I’ll remember for a long time. Couldn’t have done it without the support of @alamitosbayyc and @alamitossailingteam 1st in U17 Girls | 4th overall in U17 (tied for 3rd on points) Learned a ton, had so much fun, and already looking forward to the next regatta 💙

🥈 Silver for A1R Foiling Pipeline athlete Garrett January! An incredible performance at the 2026 iQFOiL Youth & Junior World Championships!🔥 Garrett has been consistent all week, battling through wind delays, light-air racing, and constantly changing conditions. The marginal breeze made the downwind slalom racing a true “Zone 5 suffer fest,” especially for an athlete of Garrett’s size, but he stayed composed and delivered when it mattered most. Congratulations, @garrett789s! 👏 Outstanding coaching from @juanmamorenoesp and @thewindcoach helped make this result possible. 💪 Garrett already heading to OCR to join @Makani.andrews and @NoahkLyons! 📷 @sailingenergy @iqfoilyouthjunior @iqfoilclass
