Kick off the afternoon with some fresh air, movement, and good company! All paces are welcome, whether you’re running, walking, or somewhere in between. You don’t have to be a runner to join the fun!

Participating in the run/walk AND joining us for bingo? Your bingo ticket includes a post-run mimosa to celebrate those miles! 🥂

As a run club, one of the most rewarding parts of what we do is being a small part of so many runners’ journeys.
 Whether you ran your first 5K, PR’d your 10K, or crossed the finish line of your first 13.1 Half Marathon or used this race as a training run for your Full Marathon... we are incredibly proud of you!
 This weekend was such a blessing for our crew. Getting to watch you show up, chase your goals, push through the tough miles, and accomplish things you once only dreamed of is exactly why we do what we do.
 Every runner has a story, every finish line represents hard work, and every milestone deserves to be celebrated.
 So wear those medals proudly, take those pictures, and celebrate every accomplishment. You put in the work, you showed up, and YOU EARNED IT!

ECR HALF MARATHON BABEYY!!!🏃‍♀️👟🏁❤️

so much to say about my training for my FIRST half marathon, so many emotions to talk about the first half of my run, so many MORE emotions for the second half, especially mile 10…we don’t talk about that one.. however, NOTHING COMPARES to both the voice notes on Rally i received, text messages and support throughout my run today, from start to finish.❤️🏁
thank you everyone SOOOOO MUCH!!!!🥹

mentally & my legs, i thought so much “God it’s brutal out here” as olivia Rodrigo would say…my first 13.1 miles ever done!!!! ANNNNNND i gotta do this AGAIN next weekend in lubbock with hills???!! 🫣

the few unexpected things i did not expect though was the Mildland police officer gifting Amelia a toy, The family man riding his bike to find me to give Amelia and i snacks, a very generous lady who went to go find amelia’s bunny and return it since it fell out the stroller, Marie & her husband getting Amelia for my last 2 miles, Savannah coming back to pace me too, and last but not least, @marcebassy doing mile 13 rally ❤️❤️🥹 love him to death!!! he knows it!!! uughhhh that man consumes my personality lol and joey LOVES to see it coming hehehe

i can proudly and painfully say now, i am Half Marathon Finisher 🏅i am so glad i did not quit each time i wanted and felt like just throwing away this run… i had 3 time goals — didnt meet my first or second but def did better then my 3rd time goal 🫣👏🏽 which was keeping it under 3:30!!!

just another season blooming 🦋

sweet friendships refresh the soul and awaken our hearts with joy — proverbs 27:9 ❤️

so many words, emotions that i can deload and unpack to how hard today’s run with a stroller was for me, including with half marathon to marathon training😭 i still can’t believe how just a few months of running can not only change MY LIFE, however impact my life in so many beautiful and better ways..❤️

having support from beautiful women i can call my friends❤️ these friendships i’ve made through run clubs here in west texas❤️ the ones that unexpectedly showed up for me today and the ones that sent text messages throughout my run today ❤️ IT ALL WAS NOT ON MY BINGO CARD FOR MY FIRST OFFICIAL 10K RUN😭❤️ last night i went to a concert praising the lord with some beautiful women in my life too and i prayed over for them and many others in my life, that im thankful to have and also knowing that some i wished would of been there today also(they were through messages lol), and to the ones physically running besides me and my daughter, always being motivating and inspiring to me…it was an answered prayer from Jesus himself to me❤️ im on the path he has been continuously leading me on. im never letting these friendships go, i cherish these women in my life more than they know❤️ welcoming me from the jump with open arms, not knowing much besides that i moved from california, no family and supporting that i want to RUN and KEEP ON RUNNING😭😂❤️🥹 this is just surreal and such a blessing to have and be surrounded by a supportive running community and beautiful friendships within the running community❤️🙏🏽

im going to be thinking about today so much until ECR lol
i love you guys and so extremely thankful for guys all so much❤️❤️❤️ big shout out to my running mama @therunningpinup for being there at the end to give me a hug because i needed that hug so fricking much!!!!!❤️😭🥹 to @mariereadsandruns_tx, @celinda_hndz, @_asalas, @_alexvldz and @theambergomezzzz for being my fav speedy girlies and meeting me at my slow ass pace 😭❤️ and to Marie’s husband for being the camera man for these special moments 👏🏽👏🏽 she trained him well 🤪👏🏽

She was the last one on the course, but she was never alone. 🥹🩷 We knew she was coming into her final mile, so a few of us went out to find her. We met her where she was, joined her pace, and ran that last of the race right beside her. And when we reached the finish line, we stepped back and let her cross it on her own, because that moment belonged to HER. 🥹🏁 But she needed to know that she didn’t have to get there alone. Sometimes running isn’t about pace, PRs, or who finishes first. Sometimes it’s about showing up for your people. About reminding someone that even when they feel like they’re falling behind, there will always be someone willing to turn around, meet them where they are, and walk or run the rest of the way with them. 🩷This is what our run club means to me.
We run together. We finish together. We lift each other up. 🫶🏼 So proud of you, girly pop, You kept going, and we were honored to be there right beside you🥹💕 shout out to hubby for recording and being so supportive as well. #running #runningclub #runningcommunity #womensupportingwomen❤️ #thewomensrunlab

Join us this Thursday for an amazing night out with our friends @waystonebrew

We will host our weekly Beer Run this week at The Waystone Brewery with a DJ @_pistolp._ to bring the tunes 🎶, grill out bratwurst and hot dogs, take a plunge with @theforgecoldplunge for a cool dip from the heat 🥵 then hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. We will continue to offer our 1,2 or 3 mile options and everyone is welcome to join. We launch at 6:30pm.
