It’s my birthday and I’ll eat out of tins and jars if I want to. Another year older, and my idea of birthday luxury is having absolutely nowhere to be, no plans to keep and no reason to get out of my pyjamas. Today’s menu? @seasistersuk tinned fish, crisps and @goatrodeogoods pickles. Leftover chicken turned into Malaysian soupy noodles using @rempapaspiceco paste and generous spoonful of @thewoolfskitchen chilli crisp. And some @upupchocolate chocolate for good measure. (And some cheese and pineapple! It is my bday) Very little cooking. Absolutely no fuss. Just really good food. Zero effort. Maximum pleasure. And actually, that’s exactly the thinking behind our Christmas gift boxes. Delicious things that make everyday eating easier, whether you’re treating yourself or someone else. Keep an eye out for our new Christmas collection, coming very soon. The birthday celebrations can wait until the weekend. Today, I’m doing absolutely nothing. And that’s rather lovely. What’s your idea of birthday luxury? #quickmeals #pantry #birthdaygirl👑

@thewoolfskitchen X @tofoo X @templeofseitan So excited to have my Woolf’s Kitchen Chilli Crunch on the menu at the Tofoo pop-up at Temple of Seitan in Camden 🌶️🙌 Our Chilli Crunch features in the Tofoo Katsu Burger and the loaded panko Tofoo pots with ube and spring onions. I went down last week to try it for myself and wow, was it good! I have Chilli Crunch with pretty much every lunch and dinner at home, so it was amazing to see it on a London restaurant menu. The pop-up runs for six weeks from 24 September. If you’re in Camden, go and give it a try! #templeofseitan #tofu #tofoo #chillioil #chillicrisp

Beef & Pak Choi Pappardelle 😍 569kcal 53gP 49gC 20gF Ok, so if you’ve followed me a while you’ll know pasta doesn’t regularly feature in my weekly meals, but this FIVE ingredients in FIVE minute dinner is so comforting, sometimes it’s needed. And the macros are great too!! I highly recommend @pasta_rummo for this dish, the pappardelle all’uovo holds the juices so deliciously. It’s a bit more expensive but the quality is incredible; as is @thewoolfskitchen chilli crunch oil to drizzle over at the end. The sweetness from the crunchy bits just adds a bit more dimension to the plate, so good! Serves one: 62g uncooked pappardelle 125g pak Choi, sliced finely 178g Ocado beef stir fry strips (you can leave this as is but I like to toss in a tsp of Chinese five spice, a pinch of garlic salt and a pinch of rock salt before cooking) 1-2tsp sesame oil 1 tsp chilli crunch oil • Heat a wok over a medium heat and add the sesame oil. At the same time bring a pan of salted water to the boil. • Add the pasta to the pan of boiling water, and the pak Choi to the wok. • Let the pak Choi soften for 30 seconds before adding the beef to the wok. • Stir fry the beef and pak Choi for 4 minutes - be careful not to overdo the beef, as it’s lean it can become tough. • Drain the pasta and add to the wok, tossing all the ingredients together. • Transfer to a dish, drizzle the crunchy chilli oil on top and devour 😍 Enjoy!! Let me know what you think of this one.

There’s not an egg trend I won’t jump on 🙋‍♀️🍳 These ones are salty, slightly sweet, spicy, and so umami. I served mine on sourdough with avocado because I am, of course, a millennial 🥑 Comment “RECIPE” and I’ll DM it to you 📩 #eggrecipe #eggtrend #chillioilegg #soyegg #chillisoy

Another one for the books. EXACTLY why I created Spill the Beans. I don't want food founders just talking about where they want their brand to go. I want to help them get there. Look at Dominique Woolf She had the product. She built the brand. She kept pushing. Her products are sitting on the shelves at Macknade. ✅ Real shelves. ✅ Real customers. ✅ Real orders. ✅ A brand that has moved beyond the kitchen table. This opportunity started with a connection made at a Spill the Beans event. That's the power of getting into the right room. For years, founders have been told: 🗣️ “The market is too crowded.” 🗣️ “Someone bigger already does this.” 🗣️ “Just stick to the pop-ups.” 🗣️ “You need to know someone.” Sometimes the product isn't the problem. ACCESS IS. 🔥 Spill the Beans: Free From Edition Grab your ticket [Link in bio 👆] ❤️ @dominiquewoolf @thewoolfskitchen 📌 P.S. If you also want to get supermarket listings! DM “EXHIBIT”. Today is the first day of the @ocadouk x @buywomenbuilt Buy Any 3, Get 1 Free promotion, which @humaniteadrinks 🍵 is taking part in alongside more than 50 other incredible female-founded brands (and the limited edition @anyahindmarch x @buywomenbuilt x @ocadouk Universal bag). ♻️ Saying yes to the promotion was a no-brainer. In previous @buywomenbuilt multi-brand promotions on @ocadouk, nearly half of all products purchased were bought by those customers for the very first time. This activity drives powerful customer acquisition and brand awareness. 🛍️ By coming together on Ocado, we can share our audiences and help customers discover equally brilliant female-founded products to brighten kitchen pantries and bathroom shelves, while showing that we are always stronger together. 💁🏻‍♀️🍵❤️ We can’t wait for you to try our @humaniteadrinks and other fantasTEAc @buywomenbuilt brands on @ocadouk today! 😍 #ocado #buywomenbuilt #strongertogether #universalbag #anyahindmarch

The new Peak & The Pantry website is LIVE ❤️ This has been a labour of love, and I’m so pleased to finally share it with you. And the best bit? This is only the beginning. We’ve already had so much love for the new site (thank you ❤️), we’ve sold out of a few things already, and I’m busy restocking and building what comes next. Some of our OGs who’ve been with us from the very beginning are still going strong - @Rempapa @coolchileco @yepkitchen and @SeaSisters @saucerer.uk @maliks_honey More products from @nuttybellygal @goatrodeogoods and the latest dressings from @alldressedupdressings And there’s LOTS more coming. Welcome @thewoolfskitchen and a new chilli crisp and jalapeño sauce 🙌 New collections. Christmas boxes. New branded gift boxes. More products from the independent producers we already love, and some new discoveries joining the pantry too. The new site has given Peak & The Pantry a proper home for all of it - not just the shop, but recipes, articles, ideas and our story too. The idea behind it all is still very simple: to make cooking, hosting and gifting a little bit easier. Good food. Great independent producers. Things I genuinely think are worth making room for. And we’re only getting started. 👀 Come and have a nose around - link in bio ❤️ And tell me: what would you like to see us add next? And I can add website builder to my rap sheet!!!
