Come and join us on Saturday February 12, 2022 for a special Inside Flow class at Alila Villas Uluwatu followed by breakfast ! The yoga class will be held in the Cliff Side Cabana, overlooking the ocean from the heights of the Uluwatu cliffs.  After the yoga and the included breakfast you are free to relax at the pool. Stick around a bit longer and enjoy the live music event Sunset Sax, from 4.30pm to 7pm *. What is Inside Flow? Inside flow is a revolutionary vinyasa flow where you combine movement and breath in sync with the music. Music drives the Inside Flow classes and  frame the whole sequence. During the Inside Flow class, you gently move from one posture to another carried by the music, bringing you into a trance-like, almost meditative state. Movement and breath are one.  In Inside flow you are singing a song with your body. Some people relax with punk rock and some with classical music. Your choice of music defines you and your practice. This practice allows you to train your focus, your balance and understand your own body movement. For the full info check our website or follow the link in our bio! Tickets must be purchased in advance, there is no ticket sales on the day itself. See you soon on the mat at Alila Villas Uluwatu! * Please note: Sunsat Sax is a separate event and requires seat reservation and a minimum spend of IDR 250k nett per person. #theyogarescue #alilavillasuluwatu #yogaworkshop #insideflow #yogabali #yogabalicommunity #privateyogabali #yogastudiobali #yogajimbaran #beginneryoga #hatha #vinyasa #yogalove #baliexpat #uluwatu #yogabukit #yogaclassbali #yogainjimbaran

We want to send out a Thank You to everyone who participated in "Finding Harmony with Yin and Yang”. You know who you are! 🥰 And of course a Thank You to Luci and Lisa for guiding the classes and to Grand Hyatt Bali for co-hosting this event. 🙏 We truly enjoyed it… The weather started out lovely🌞… but before the first class began, awesome dark clouds 🌤rolled in over the sea 🌊.
