This is what can happen when you just say, yes!

I’ve always hiking as a family, solo or with my own group of mates.. so to say yes to a hike with a group of people I’ve never met before (apart from Chris) was definitely not my normal thing👀

But after the experience, it’s definitely something I’d be more open to! Coming away with new friends that share the same love for the outdoors, is what it should be all about👏

So moral of the story, SAY YES🔥

about last weekend ⛺️

loved last weekends little camp, it was FAR from a glamourous site but we made the best of it 😂 was so lovely to bring together a group of people who had never met and we enjoyed some food and games before heading onto my final wainwright hike ⛰️🥾

Thanks for coming guys 🫶

Not something I’d usually do… 🥾

Heading out into the Lake District to hike with a group of people I’d never met before, all to celebrate @chrishikes_ completing his Wainwright challenge🔥
(Chris is the only one I’d met before - and it wasn’t at school)🤣

I’m usually quite happy hiking with my circle, or doing my own thing on the fells.. So turning up and hiking with a bunch of strangers was definitely outside my comfort zone.

But it was a privilege to turn up and meet so many amazing people and leave feeling like you’ve made a load of new friends.

A brilliant day on the fells despite the weather, celebrating a huge achievement and reminding myself that sometimes it’s worth saying yes to something different.

Massive congratulations Chris on completing all 214 Wainwrights! You are the man👏⛰️

Here’s to many more adventures with people who started as strangers. 🤝

What’s my next challenge? 👀
