16 days in Japan, and somehow, it feels like I’m leaving a piece of my heart behind❤️

These past days have brought me so many beautiful new friendships and made the connections I already had even stronger. I met souls I’ll never forget, shared moments I wish I could relive and felt that special kind of connection that reminds you how beautiful it is to meet people from all over the world.

I honestly don’t think words will ever be enough to express how grateful I am for every single person who crossed my path on this journey. Every conversation, every laugh, every hug, every little moment — I’m taking all of it with me.

To all the beautiful people I met in Japan and those who travelled here from every corner of the world: I’m going to miss you more than you know. I wish I could hug each of you one more time before leaving.

And to my partners in crime, Sasha, Vika, Niels and Vasya — thank you for being part of this adventure and for making it so incredibly special. Some experiences become unforgettable because of the people you share them with and I couldn’t imagine this journey without you.

To all my fellow Labyrinth seekers — Yuri, Russ, Koto, Yasuyo, Uta and so, so many others — thank you for the energy, the connection, the shared passion and all the beautiful moments we created together. You know who you are, and I hope you know how much you mean to me.

I came to Japan, but I’m leaving with so much more than memories. I’m leaving with new friendships, deeper connections, countless stories and a heart so full it almost hurts.

I adore you all. You’ll always have a place in my heart, no matter how many miles separate us. And I truly hope our paths cross again somewhere in this beautiful, unexpected world. This is not goodbye — just until we meet again. 🥹❤️

Oh wow! WHAT A WEEKEND! 🖤

I can proudly say that I’ve experienced some of the best moments of my life.

I want to thank every single person I got to hug, connect with, and share a moment with. I made so many new friends, and my heart is full.

A huge thank you to the entire Labyrinth team — Russ, Yuri, Koto and everyone else — for your incredible hospitality and for giving me such a precious time.

I bow deeply to everyone who shared those three hours on the dancefloor with me. 🙏🏻

My last post about labyrinth 2024.
It’s a mixed bag of some of the friends & family I shared the dance floor with. It’s just a snippet and there are so many faces missing, take it as a bunch of collected moment. It was a fun year, we’ll dance again (I’ll be prepared) next year! #labyrinth2024

My favourite curry shop in Tokyo! "UDON? Curry Shop" (カレーの店うどん) in Shinagawa. Great Curry, great character, no Udon! This month's special was mushrooms/ ume/ miyoga.

Kakigori at @azukitokouri with @theyurinator .
I had the peach and chiboust and Yuri had the Amazonian chocolate and red shiso. Very interesting flavours, very dramatic and more importantly very delicious!

Part 1 of my latest dinner on Saturday 20th. 10 course for 10 guests. It was a super fun night a lot of great people hopefully enjoying good food.
Continues in part 2.

1- Pickled mussel tempura, green curry sauce, coconut cream, micro cilantro.

2- escargots a la bourguignonne, parsley emulsion, garlic cream, shiso flowers on a puff pastry base.

3- crab salad tartlet, myoga, spiced carrot emulsion.

4- raw Hokkaido scallop and bafun uni salad, endives, radicchio, frisée salad, radish, umi budo (sea grapes).Vinaigrette "Alain Passard".

5- two tartares. One of lean (akami) and fatty tuna (otoro) blue fin tuna, the other made of raw kobujime spot prawns (cured between sheets of kombu kelp.). Both of the tartare seasoned the same way with ponzu, Kalamansi mayonnaise and moshio (kelp salt). Served with a disk of puff pastry.

6- Super f*cking Rich! Confit potato, Albufera sauce made of a rich roast chicken jus and foie gras, topped with Jamon Iberico cinco jotas, Parsley oil.
