A lot can change in a year 💪

& although I hit goals; I wasn’t able to workout ~40% of the year — due to an injury & other health stuff — but I’m grateful for the progress made.

It’s taken me a long time to realize
progress > perfection
is really where it’s at.

I’ve always strived for ~perfection~ until this past year and it’s been insurmountable to my growth. Which is crazy because I don’t expect perfection from clients.

I will never be perfect, and neither will you; but we can put our best foot forward each day, and when mistakes happen (because they will) we can get back up with ease instead of beating ourselves up.

This is the path of true self love.

We weren’t made to be ‘perfect’, only He is.

We were made to be us!

Perfectly imperfect 💫

flaws & all ✨

To all of those out there reaching for their goals — go get em! & when you fall down or life happens, dust that ish off and keep goin! 🙌

this has been on my heart for quite some time 🫶

LIVE classes begin tomorrow 10/1! Full body workouts with a Chakra Balancing Focus + Yoga 💪🙏✨ designed for those who are familiar with the exercises and tools - kettlebells and TRX. No yoga experience necessary. Yoga classes will be taught by Christian - they’ll counter act the strength training and cardio from the other classes.

The Refresh Series begins 10/21 💪 designed for those who have fallen off their fitness regimen, are coming back from an injury, or are just starting their fitness journey and are unsure where to begin. With this program, we’re going far beyond a quick 6-week weight loss scheme - it’s about being intentional with movement and our energy so that we can create a lifestyle to nurture our best selves. Because when we fill our cups, we have so much more to give to those around us, especially the ones counting on us.

I have personally used The ZAR Method postpartum, recently, and now again. In previous cases — I was able to get my energy back, drop 50 pounds, and feel more connected to my body.

I understand the constraints of time and physical limitations, which is why The ZAR Method has been refined since 2016 to accommodate various needs. It has consistently delivered transformative results for those committed to change.

These results aren’t just outside appearances either, I like to think of them as just a bonus. The real jackpot is how these workouts change your energy and in turn, will help change your life.

Wherever you’re at, we’re here to meet you.

I would be honored if you joined me as I make my way back to my best self. We can do it, together ⚡️

This past weekend as I reflected on our 5th birthday, I couldn’t help but feel an immense amount of gratitude ❤️

From starting this business out of a room I was renting, with all my savings tied into it, saying no to other opportunities, I felt the push from God to follow my dreams.

So much gratitude to Him for making this all possible. For putting this mission on my heart and giving me the courage to continue when the going gets tough. To the people in my circle that supported and encouraged me. & last but not least, thank you to my incredible client-friends for supporting, appreciating, and seeing me. The feeling is mutual.

Here’s another free workout to celebrate 🎊:
BACK & BI’s
Plank
Alligators
Bicep curl
Kettlebell rotating swing

All TRX moves can be substituted w kettlebells or dumbbells. Go get em! 💪🙏✨

Three years ago we held our soft opening at the studio ❤️ I wish we were celebrating today, but we have a sick toddler at home. Although this situation isn’t ideal, I’m choosing to lean into gratitude & Grace. So much gratitude for my daughter, clients that have become friends, and this space. So much Grace poured over by Him. After 2020, we wouldn’t be here without His Grace.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us. We appreciate you ❤️

Not to add to the hysteria, but we want all our guests to know we keep the studio 🧼 clean 🧼 and 🧼 sanitary!

Even before the coronavirus outbreak, we always clean the equipment & studio after every class or training. We even go the extra step and palo santo or sage the space which helps clear bacteria in the air. You are also welcome to wipe your equipment before class begins. If it’s your first visit, ask the instructor or staff member where the wipes are. We’re happy to help!

Stay healthy friends! Exercise is one way to boost your immune system! ✨
