Some weeks the plan won’t work. These 5 foods still keep you on track without any extra effort.

🥤 Ready-to-drink protein shake: no prep, helps hit your protein for the day faster
🍗 Pre-cooked chicken strips: straight from the fridge, no cooking needed
🍎 Pre-cut fruit bowls: grab and go, no chopping
🥣 Instant oats: 2 minutes in the microwave
🥒Individually wrapped pickles and sliced turkey: an easy protein on the move

None of these are exciting. They’re just fast enough to survive the weeks life doesn’t cooperate.

Save this for your next chaotic week.

A busy week doesn’t have to be a write off week. These 5 mistakes are what actually end progress, not the busy schedule itself.

MISTAKE 1: Cancelling every session because you can’t fit in all 5
FIX: Do 2 instead of 0. Consistency beats a perfect plan you never finish.

MISTAKE 2: Deciding the whole week is ruined after one missed day
FIX: The next meal or session is all you should be focused on.

MISTAKE 3: Waiting for the right week to start again
FIX: Build the plan around this week, not the one you wish you had.

MISTAKE 4: Skipping food prep completely instead of doing a smaller version
FIX: Pick 2 meals to prep, not all 7.

MISTAKE 5: Treating rest as failure when your something gets in the way
FIX: A missed session doesn’t undo the last month of work, quitting does.

Save this for the next time your week doesn’t go to plan.

Coolest story I heard at #1PSummerSmash2026.
-
Not even a broken arm could stop @thibault.izzy from making the trip out!
-
The progression of this story is a great lesson.
-
1. Bad things happen, life isn’t fair.

2. It’s alright to not be alright about it. But the choices you make next matter the most.

3. Dust yourself off and keep moving forward, even if it’s a limp or with a broken arm.
-
What an all star. So glad you still made it out to celebrate with everyone!
