🍎 apple cream chai x morning wood 🪵

have you tried the seasonal warmers menu from @thievesindy yet?! these drinks will definitely get you in the mood for fall, especially with those drink names 😉😅

first up is the apple cream chai, which is made with apple cinnamon syrup, chai, and topped with cinnamon cold foam. of course, had to make this one dirty with an added espresso shot. you guys know i love me some apple, and this drink was hitting all the right flavor notes for me. that cold foam was so smooth and perfectly spiced, and the apple flavor from the syrup was a 10/10 😍

the other drink we tried was morning wood, which was made with marshmallow syrup, chocolate sauce, and topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumble. for all my s’mores fans, this is the drink for you! the marshmallow syrup was not overly sweet, and having the chocolate sauce mixed in just really gave a great balance of flavor. and of course, how fun are the graham cracker crumbles on top? 😊

which seasonal special are you checking out?! 👀☕️

We're building something for Indiana and we want your voice in it. 💬

My colleague and I are launching group therapy spaces for Indiana residents, and we're starting with a simple question: What do you actually need from a group therapy experience?

We're offering:
🧡 In-person groups here in Indianapolis
💻 Virtual groups open to all Indiana residents

But before we build the space, we want to hear from you. This short survey takes just a few minutes and your answers will shape what we offer.

📋 Link: In my bio, you can find the link through my linktree

Your voice matters. Let's build this together. 💫

Another year of good music, good people and a very dangerous amount of things you’re going to want to spend money on.

✨@riotpermanentjewelry — tooth gems, permanent jewelry + piercings

✨ @thelittlething.co — jewelry + gorgeous little things

✨ @inkyblak00 — Halloween-inspired flash

✨ @divine.citrine444 — tarot readings

AND OF COURSE yours truly working the ✨brow bar ✨

Self-Care Sunday got LIT—in more ways than one. 🔥🥂

Infrared lights, a little rest, and then a drink tour through Broad Ripple! Green juice at Garden Table, an Oreo shake from Canal Creamery, and prosecco at Thieves. My one rule? Water at every stop. 💧

Along the way, my drink tour became a rainbow walk. 🌈 I never made it to buy myself flowers, but I found beauty everywhere. During a tough season, those colors reminded me of God’s promise. Today, I felt cared for.

Send this to the friend who would absolutely join your Self-Care Sunday drink tour. 🧃🥂
