Sip. Savor. Slay all day. ☕✨🍸

Our espresso martini didn’t come to play - it came to wake you up and f*ck you up. Viva la caffeine.

Five years ago tomorrow, I opened the doors to Thieves… and somehow, it still feels like a dream.

Back then, I didn’t know what I was stepping into - just that I had a vision and the conviction to chase it.

When I replay the beginning in my mind - the hopeful fear, the quiet determination, the spark of something I couldn’t quite name - I had no idea how many stories would unfold. Or how many of them would eventually live inside me.

And truly, what I remember most has nothing to do with build-outs, licenses or bullshit…

It’s the people.

The ones who wandered in and stayed on purpose. The ones who changed my life. The souls who crossed my path only because this place existed.

The laughter, the connections, the friendships, the moments that stitched themselves into the heart of Thieves.

Five years later, we’ve evolved - new walls, new vision, new chapters - but the soul hasn’t changed.

It’s still warmth.
It’s still beauty.
It’s still magic that keeps arriving in human form.

Here’s to five wild, beautiful, unforgettable years.

And here’s to the next chapter… written in neon, coffee, cocktails, and courage.

Sip slow. Stay late. My heart is full, thanks to you. 🖤✨ by @thievesindy

Beats + Brows returns October 24th 🪩

Another year of good music, good people and a very dangerous amount of things you’re going to want to spend money on.

✨@riotpermanentjewelry — tooth gems, permanent jewelry + piercings

✨ @thelittlething.co — jewelry + gorgeous little things

✨ @inkyblak00 — Halloween-inspired flash

✨ @divine.citrine444 — tarot readings

AND OF COURSE yours truly working the ✨brow bar ✨

Plus a stacked DJ lineup, coffee, cocktails and @thievesindy keeping us all in one place.

Come for the brows, stay for the cocktails… leave with a new piercing, tattoo, tarot reading and inevitably three pieces of jewelry.

BROWS • COFFEE • COCKTAILS • VENDORS • MUSIC

A little Paris, a little mystery, and a French Martini in hand 💋📖
The Secret Chapter returns October 13th at 7PM! This month we’re reading The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley 🔑
And because every good book deserves a cocktail pairing, we’ll be sipping on French Martinis all night. 🍸
Come for the book, stay for the drinks & questionable theories. 🖤
