Thinking in Public // 008 What if @levis was a craft beer company? Americana, not cowboy, not rodeo. Visually, We leaned into vintage American beer packaging, denim, workwear and painted portraiture to make something that feels like it could’ve existed for years. Some Classics Come With Age.

For @nodoubt’s reunion residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, Live Nation’s idea was brought to life through a custom box created for some of the band’s biggest fans and influencers. The goal wasn’t to reinvent No Doubt, but to tap into the world they’ve built over the years. Checkerboards, buttons, stickers, disposable cameras, custom Vans and pieces of nostalgia came together to create something that felt less like an influencer box and more like something a fan would’ve collected over time. A little chaotic. A little nostalgic. Very No Doubt.

Thinking in Public // 007 What if @zara was a café? For Casa, I wanted to keep the editorial approach to imagery and that feeling of finding something good without making too much noise about it. Less cold and runway, more warm and aesthetic, to shift the mood. A small menu. Good coffee. Fresh pastries. Still fashionable. Just a little more lived in. Not Zara with coffee. Zara, if coffee was always part of the plan.

The Ask: Come up with a new product for Burger King and a headline grabbing way to launch it. ⸻ The King Fry. Fries might be the most universal order in fast food, so instead of reinventing them, I made one impossible to ignore. Burger King breaks the record for the largest fry ever made, then brings it down to size with a footlong version you can actually order. Long story short, it’s big.

Thinking in Public // 006 What if @spotify was a hand care brand? Music is made by hands, but so is almost everything else. For this exercise, I wanted to take Spotify’s connection to creativity and translate it into a hand care brand made for the people who make things. The idea became simple: Your hands mean something.

Thinking in Public // 005 What if @netflix was a hotel? For this exercise, I wanted to take what Netflix is really built around, storytelling, and imagine how that could translate into a physical space. Not a themed hotel filled with references to shows, but a hospitality brand built around the idea that every stay becomes its own story. Different city. Different room. Different narrative.

Thinking in Public // 004 What if @uspostalservice made ice cream? This wasn’t about putting a logo on a pint. It was about taking the visual language of USPS and building a brand system that could live on packaging, storefronts, advertising, and beyond.

The challenge: How do you celebrate HBCU culture in a way that feels authentic, modern, and rooted in experience, while still living within a brand people already know and trust? For this collaboration @orshaircare x @hbcucultureshop the goal was to create a limited edition visual identity and packaging system that honored Black heritage without feeling stuck in the past. The approach was about finding the balance between culture and commerce, building a system that felt bold on shelf, recognizable as ORS, and meaningful to the communities it represents. From packaging to digital & physical touch points, every detail was designed to celebrate HBCU pride, create retail impact, and extend the story across the entire collection.

Thinking in Public Spaces // 003 What if @sephora was an Italian Restaurant? For this exercise, I wanted to take everything recognizable about Sephora reimagined through the lens of an Italian Restaurant. From the atmosphere to the details, this concept explores what Sephora could feel like if it traded the aisles for candlelit tables, product displays for menus, and samples for signature experiences.

Thinking in Public Spaces | 002 What if @target made canned water? It sounds random until you think about it. I’m interested in what happens when you take something familiar and redirect. Sometimes all it takes is looking at an everyday product through the lens of a different brand to make it feel fresh again. This is what I imagine Target’s version of canned water could look like.

Thinking in Public Spaces | 001 What if @dove made butter? Probably not. But if they did, I think it’d look something like this. One thing I enjoy about these exercises is taking something we all recognize, flipping it on its head, and making it feel like something you’d actually want. Just thinking in public.
