Eh yo! Before you light alllllllll those candles and burn that sage in a plastic container, bring your body to the dance floor and shake in.

Interval training for your spirit, a Somatic Dance Release session ends your tendency to spiritually bypass when it's clearly time to take a bench and reflect, breathe, feel and choose.

Sessions every Saturday at 10:30 AM CST and every other Sunday at 6 PM CST.

Use the link to register for the support and release you need.

The apology is never coming because they don't even know they left you hanging.

Suxxxxxx

But you can compost those sensations and desires to help you grow into your next version of yourself.

Tonight at 7 PM CST I'm leading a 45 minute session to move with the muck of abandonment, particularly when you're striving to write or build that next part of yourself: there's no map and now the comrades are occupied and the guide has wandered off.

Let's reclaim our inner coordinates.

Registration required at lu.ma/joynasium for Dissertation Devotional, Night 7.

See you soon.

By now you recognize that staying enraged (or pretending you're not) has not changed anything. Getting even is not working either. And playing by the rules has only felt like somebody stuck a "kick me" sign to your back.

What if you physically flipped the script?

I'm guiding a 21 Day training for your inner class clown. Time for it to come out and make some good trouble.

Don't delay signing up. You felt this. So let's do it. We start Wednesday. Link is in the bio.

All days for only $99. And yes, these are consecutive mornings, live via Zoom. There are no recordings given the nature of what we're doing. There is a syllabus, cause getting wild requires a well-structured launch pad.

See you in the Clown Car 😜

What a trippy practice run with @thaconqueror today! Have you purchased your ticket yet for a more than human somatic experience?

Use the link in bio to get your ticket to an intimate, astonishing Garden Party Tree Dance.

We were trying our best to find a way to connect to the Oak that will lead our final dance, but the bark is too thick to take her pulse.

We have surprises for you at the gate with @thetabithagazelle as well as a few time trippy alterations for your betterment.

Send a DM with any questions you have about the event. March 20, 2026 at 5 PM, private residence. Light vegetarian meal will be served.

It's been a wild, full week. Come do a shimmy with all those residual emotions. You know they're still talking to you so why are you pretending you don't have time to feel them?

The session this morning helps us be with the fear and make our move anyway. Who knows? All that trepidation might be trying to give you a strategy....👀

Register with the link in bio. Pay what you can. See you in the Zoom Room.

Gorgeous day in #Memphis, kicking off the Lunar new year with commitment to trees and joining forces with the people who love on them.

Came home to some goodies! @playtronica and @plantwave time to get the gear set up and tested at the first Garden Tree Party this March.

It's going to be a year of hard dancing, tree parties and transformation.

Wow. We had a verifiable breakthrough with this one.

The actual title of the session: Like a Dragon, I burn down structures that hinder me

The mantra that got us free of a self-inflicted chokehold: I BURN ALL THESE EXCUSES

Now, what is something that you *thought* was your truth, but it *feels* like an excuse once you consider how you use it?

Not you thinking that you can do better and go further by guarding your feelings!

It seems like the right choice--get all your boundaries up, put your game face on and GO--but that's so 2025.

Witness all the destruction generated in our Commons by people self-medicating with their desk and job titles.

You can do yourself a favor by going at the pace of your feelings with enough nutrients in your system to keep them flowing. No more accidentally discovering how you really feel.

What tools are you bringing with you in 2026? Drop it in the comments.

Me, I'm bringing back cross training: my yoga practice and dancing wild at a drum circle at least once a month.

Listen, I love me a good couch, but when it starts to feel like there are just not enough snacks and the cushions need adjusting, I know it's time to check in with my feelings...

...and get UP!

Meet me in class Sat morning, 12/20, for an epic 30 minute soul adjusting somatic dance release.

We are going to sweat, name names, and let emotional hostages free.

bring a friend, pay what you can, need to register to get into the session.
