Plenty of wall space for some shelves 😀

“There was a government thing called Enterprise Allowance Scheme. It was f*ck all to survive on, but it made flying possible - barely a living wage, really. I think it was the same scheme Primal Scream were on when they made Screamadelica, so there was some good that came from it.

Now we were getting paid to jump off cliffs and live this mad, crazy dream.

We were still hooligans and anarchists. But now we were responsible and reliable ones.”

⏰ 5am starts to CREATE NARRATIVE ENERGY!

🛁 Never even had an ice bath 🤷🏻‍♂️

✍️ Doing content design for my own website is new and exciting.

🤔 Getting some feedback at different stages from good friends always helps keep me on track.

😜 Giving it purpose, not going too wide and avoiding it being ‘gov’.

😴 Might get a lie in at the weekend.

🫣 Actually… might have to tidy my desk. It always starts off clear on a Monday.

Friday… let’s go, let’s go…

A new journey begins…
First session done with Jon Shield. The start of a new autobiography collaboration for publication next year.

Great to get some background info about Jon and his amazing story. He’s absolutely nails - a man on a mission. Gearing up for a 300-mile Arctic race in a couple of weeks.
