It’s always so awesome to present the best NYC artists alongside the best bands from around the world.

We are super duper psyched to present Brooklyn’s @itsdeathdrive ,who will bring their electric, high-energy samplegaze and noise-rock to the 8th Edition of The New Colossus Festival (March 9–14, 2027)

Formed by Raja Mazhar and Evan Weinstein and rounded out by Grace Goss and Hiroki Jurgens. Death Drive sits right on the edge of control and chaos. Fusing shoegaze, indietronica, and live sampling into one seamless performance, the quartet has carved out a distinct presence across NYC’s underground at venues like Baby’s All Right and Trans-Pecos. Fresh off their split EP Decentering, they continue to push sampling into thrilling, disorienting new territory.

RIYL: Sweet Trip, Candy Claws, Have A Nice Life, Spirit of the Beehive, Hotline TNT, My Bloody Valentine

We can’t wait to host Los Angeles Alternative Electronic artist @aaaaaaagat at the 8th Edition of The New Colossus Festival, happening March 9-14, 2027.

AGAT blends alt-pop and experimental electronics into a raw, unfiltered experience charged with fierce lyricism. Known for her no-bullshit presence, her work serves as a personal rebellion against polished societal fakes, ranging from digital narcissism to performative healing. Having shared stages with heavyweights like Death Grips, Interpol, and Viagra Boys, her intense live performances make her an unmissable force.

RIYL: Giant Swan, Water From Your Eyes, Injury Reserve, Tierra Whack, Gazelle Twin

Catch her gritty single “Wait For Me” on our official 2027 playlist at the link in bio

two roads diverged in a yellow wood so i turned around
my eyes enlit with likelihood, but my cranes encrusted a crouton crown
then a dancer’s dancer danced oh so quick between a dozen or a baker’s dozen sires
i believe that samba did sly me with my stockings left thymy and my nose left a needle-nose plier
you have the key that opens any box!
why a circle? you can open any box with this key!
anywayssss listen. the christeners christen and the listeners listen and the wings lay snug in their nest,
but truly how can you reap what you sow when _______?

i tried to eat him in the womb but it just made him even stronger

it’s not true it’s not true

We can’t wait to host Chicago Electronic Art-Rock band @thishouseiscreaking at the 8th Edition of The New Colossus Festival, happening March 9-14, 2027.

Chicago-based duo Micah Miller and Ehmed Nauman form This House Is Creaking (THiC), a project born from the “third mind” of their collaboration. As musician, writer, and photographer Leor Miller captures, THiC channels 90s alt-rock, Midwest emo, and the spastic digital experiments of PC Music into pop-forward, anthemic art-rock. Turning inner monologues into dialogues about existential security, their music ranges from aggressive to caressing—transforming moments of self-change, miscommunication, and comfort into sonic experiments that both bombard and reassure the listener.

They’ve recently opened for Water From Your Eyes, Hotline TNT & DIIV.

FFO: Bleary Eyed, Total Wife, Full body 2, TAGABOW, Melaina Kol

You can listen to their new mindmelting single “There’s a Stench in the Air,” now on the 2027 New Colossus Playlist at the link in bio
