Sushi pops, but make them SPOOKY! 👻🍣🎃 We finally tried the viral spot @sushipopsuk at @boxpark last weekend with their spooky Halloween special too!🎃 Not only are they made fresh, but the concept is SO fun! You pour the soy sauce from the side into the tube, then use it to push your sushi pop up as you eat it! 🍣🥢 We had to try their limited-edition Halloween special which is so good! 🎃 Packed with cooked salmon, crispy salmon skin, sweet potato, wakame and red cabbage, all coated in orange & black tobiko 🧡🖤 But the best bit… Pomegranate molasses “blood” for the sauce, complete with a salmon “brain” on top! 🧠🩸 Such a fun concept and I can totally see why they’ve gone viral! 🤩 (Invite) #SushiPops #BoxparkShoreditch #LondonFoodie #LondonEats #HalloweenFood

Who’s been waiting to try these!? 😍🍣 📍 @sushipopsuk inside @nudonuk M1 5QA Honest review: I went for the prawn tempura (my fav) and the spicy crab (nice but hard to get out of the pop up tube because of the tobiko on the outside). A lot of the sushi on the menu has cream cheese in it which isn’t my bag but these were both cream cheese free. The sushi was good and it was fun to try the pop up tubes to have sushi on the go but it took 30 minutes for my two sushi pops to arrive (and loads of reviews online say about the wait time too) so make sure to leave enough time, especially at busy times, so you’re not left disappointed. LONDON MARATHON DIARIES - WEEK 6 This week has been exciting, emotional and HARD. I started the week with the toughest interval session I think I’ve ever done. I went into it trying to have confidence in myself, but there were points where I genuinely wanted to give up. It was one of those sessions where finishing it felt like an achievement in itself. But there have also been some pretty exciting moments this week… I signed up for the BRAND NEW Stirling Half Marathon next May with @upandrunningevents - just three weeks after London! I also threw my name into the ballot for the @berlinmarathon because apparently one marathon goal at a time isn’t enough for me I was asked to become a content creator for @phdnutrition ! As someone who was already buying and using their products, this genuinely felt like such an achievement. And thanks to @homecooks.uk I’ve been kept fed and fuelled through another busy week with some seriously tasty meals. Then came the long run… The original goal was 9km. Nothing more. But at around 8km I realised something - I was on track to beat my 10K PB. A PB I set back in 2025, when I was at the HEIGHT of my marathon training. So I kept going. And I DID IT. A new 10K PB. I might have cried a little when I stopped my watch because this one meant so much more than just a time. Six weeks of showing up. Six weeks of rebuilding my fitness. Six weeks of doing the sessions even when they’re hard and trusting that eventually it will start to pay off. And this week, it did. Consistency really is working.
