Mundus on the road – Africa in the spotlight.

We’ve been on the road visiting agencies across the country all week, sharing why Africa works so incredibly well for groups and incentives – and showcasing just how much this incredible continent has to offer.

From the energy of Cape Town and the Winelands, to unforgettable safari experiences, the thundering waters and smoke of Victoria Falls and Livingstone and the calm and serenity of Namibia.

From Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe, to the spectacular Masai Mara migration and the incredible backdrop of Kilimanjaro – Africa offers endless possibilities for memorable group experiences.

Did anyone mention Zanzibar?

We’ve been sharing new hotel openings and additions, exciting activities, unique experiences and plenty of ideas to inspire the next group or incentive programme.

And, of course, it’s been a week filled with wonderful meetings, breakfasts and lunches, reconnecting with old friends and meeting new faces along the way.

Last night we were delighted to join IHG for their showcase at the fabulous Kimpton Fitzroy London – another fantastic evening of connections and inspiration - thank you so much for having us.

A few more catch-ups today and then we’re heading to the M&IT Awards tonight. We can’t wait!.

If Africa is on your radar for groups or incentives, come and talk to us – there is so much to discover..

What a lovely way to spend a summer evening!

Last night we joined friends from across the events industry at the SITE Summer Soirée at Mitsu in the heart of Shoreditch.

It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces, catch up with industry friends, share ideas, talk destinations, discuss the latest trends and start dreaming about the next chapter.
Nights like these are a great reminder that our industry is all about people and the connections we build.

Thank you SITE, for another fantastic evening.

Happy summer everyone!

Mundus at RepsUnited Northern Edition

Last night, Mundus Representation was delighted to join 23 fellow representation companies for RepsUnited Manchester, bringing the representation community together to connect with just over 70 event agencies from across the North of England.

Hosted at the beautiful new Fairmont The Mere, which also provided our accommodation for the evening, the event was a wonderful opportunity to showcase our destinations, strengthen existing relationships and meet so many fantastic event professionals.

The evening was filled with great conversations, delicious food, plenty of laughter and invaluable networking that continued well into the early hours. It’s evenings like these that remind us just how important face-to-face connections remain in our industry.

It is always a pleasure to spend time with our friends and clients in the North, and we would like to thank everyone who joined us, along with the team at Fairmont The Mere for their warm hospitality and for hosting such a memorable evening and of course our co-hosting Reps.

We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

New partnerships, fresh talent and exciting business launches are taking centre stage across the MICE world this week ✨

🔹 Live Group has secured a multi-year partnership with BDO UK, becoming the firm's sole event planning partner and supporting venue sourcing and event delivery across all 17 UK offices.

🔹 Black Book has appointed Karen Bradshaw as Senior Venue Finder, bringing more than 15 years of venue sourcing experience to strengthen the agency's growing team.

🔹 Industry recruitment specialist Robert Kenward has joined forces with Disrupt Talent to launch Disrupt Search, a new executive search division focused on senior appointments across the events industry.

There's plenty of positive momentum across the industry this week 🚀

Mundus in Morocco.

We have returned after an incredible week on the road in Morocco, filled with inspiration, connection and unforgettable experiences.

Our journey began in Rabat for Invoyage, where it was fantastic to see over 200 international event professionals come together to explore and discover the Moroccan capital while connecting and networking with colleagues from across the global industry.

Our wonderful DMC partner Access Morocco ensured the event ran seamlessly and executed every detail perfectly.

From Rabat we continued our journey with a post FAM trip to Marrakech — truly a playground for any creative event planner.

From hot air ballooning at sunrise and unique venues, to the magic of the Agafay Desert, the culture of the Medina of Marrakech, historic kasbahs, stunning hotels and unforgettable hospitality.

Every moment showcased why Marrakech is such a powerful destination for MICE programmes.

A heartfelt thank you to all of the incredible event professionals who joined us and made the week such a success.
