Let’s close off Autumn the right way 🍂 with a relaxed community walk along the Altona Esplanade 🌊

We’ll meet at the Baci coffee Van (located opposite G.H. Ransom Reserve, The Esplanade, Altona) before heading off for a cruisy beach walk — fresh air, great coffee, good vibes, and even better company.

All fitness levels welcome — bring a friend, family member, or your gym buddy and start your Sunday the right way ☀️

116.05km.
10 hours 55 minutes.
Over $20,000 raised for Dementia Australia. ❤️

What an unbelievable achievement by @alexformosa.fit

Starting at 5am and finishing at 4:30pm, Alex took on an ultra marathon made up of countless laps around the Williamstown Athletics Track — pushing through the physical and mental battle every single kilometre brought.

But this wasn’t just about running.

It was about community.
Friends, family, members and supporters showed up all day long to run beside him, walk beside him, cheer him on, fuel him up and keep him moving when things got tough. From the first lap to the final 400 metres, Alex was never alone.

A massive thank you to everyone who donated, supported, volunteered, cooked on the BBQ, brought the energy and made the day what it was. The atmosphere was something truly special.

This was more than an ultra marathon.
It was heart, resilience, community and purpose all coming together for an incredible cause.

What. A. Weapon. ❤️🔥that is our ALEX FORMOSA!!!

Alex has officially raised over $11,000 for Dementia Australia… which means this Saturday he’ll now be running a massive 111KM. 💙🔥

An unbelievable effort for an incredible cause.

Come down to Williamstown Athletics Club, run a lap, cheer him on, or simply show your support for Alex and everyone impacted by dementia.

🌭 We’ll be there cooking sausages
🍌 Bananas provided by @marinobrosproduce will be on hand for those needing a quick refuel
☕ Our friends @baciscoffee_ will be serving up amazing coffee all morning
💪 Dan from @theflexingphysioclinic will also be there supporting Alex throughout the event

It’s amazing seeing so many local businesses, friends, members and the wider community coming together to support such an important cause.

I went to @bettys_burgers Williamstown for “content” but actually just here for the burger and chips 🤝😂

Not gonna lie:
🍔 Burgers = dangerous
🍟 Chips = criminally good
😮‍💨 Self-control = nonexistent

BUT… balance right?
What’s the point of smashing your sessions if you can’t enjoy a burger every now and then 👀

SUNSET PILATES CREW 🌇💫
What a turnout!!!!! 🙏🏼🤗

Nothing better than moving together, rooftop views, and that golden hour energy (even with a little cloud cover 😅).

This is exactly what our community is about — showing up, bringing the vibes, and doing it together.

So proud of everyone who came out and made this such a special night. And to those who brought a friend… we love to see it 👏

More events like this coming soon.
