Find someone who hypes your flex, zips your dress, trains with you and proudly stands beside you through every version of who you are!

Compromise is the secret to love 🤣

Gozo 🇲🇹❤️

So far, this Malta trip has honestly been one of the best I’ve ever had — right up there with the memories of Malta when I was 16.

Maybe it’s getting older, maybe it’s appreciating where you come from a little more, but I feel such a strong connection to this place. The people, the language, the food, the sea, the festas, the little villages… and now beautiful Gozo.

I absolutely love my Maltese heritage. I love my Malta. And Gozo, you’ve definitely stolen a little piece of my heart. 🇲🇹❤️

So grateful to be here, soaking it all in… beer in hand and all. 😂🍺

It’s been a hot minute between takes 💪🏽

This is the current me —training to grow,
eating to grow, energy high and actually loving the food.

Mental game? Up and down.
Everything feels real right now.

But no matter what, I still show up.
Still perform. Still loving training — honestly on a whole different level.

More reps.
More sets.
Ultra failure.
Every single rep felt.

Just doing what I love 🤍

Still here… just doing my thing 🤍

Not loud about it, just consistent.

Sometimes you don’t need to say much — just show up, put in the work, and let it speak for itself.

It’s finally here.

A full run-through of my @nbaaustralia_official NATIONALS experience one of my biggest achievements in 2025.

This wasn’t just a “prep.”
This was a full year of commitment.
Locked in from October 2024.
Every choice, every session, every sacrifice led to that stage in 2025.

I’m incredibly proud of what I brought — not just physically, but mentally.
The discipline. The patience. The growth.
The version of me that showed up and held her own.

Now… 2026 is about rest, rebuilding, growth, and enjoying some of the moments life had on pause for a while 🤍
No rush. No pressure. Just intention.

Grateful. Proud. Grounded.
And excited for what’s next.
✨
