Plot twist: the sport is aesthetic medicine.

Some girls leave the gym and play tennis.
Some play pickleball.
Apparently, we play… Dysport.

Because nothing says post-workout activities like swapping the dumbbells for a syringe.

But jokes aside, this is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

After nearly two decades in aesthetics, I still believe the goal of neuromodulators isn’t to make you look “done.”

It’s to soften.
Balance.
Prevent certain lines from becoming more etched in.
And keep you looking like you just refreshed.

Good injectable work shouldn’t be the first thing someone notices when they look at your face.

They should just think you look GOOD.

And yes… apparently this is what the gym girlies in Boca consider a sport.

What sport did you THINK we were about to play? 👇

Drop your guess in the comments wrong answers highly encouraged.

For so long, I thought eating less was the answer.

Working with @thisismehq completely changed my relationship with food, my body, and honestly, my mindset. The physical changes have been amazing, but the biggest transformation has been the freedom that comes from no longer letting the scale determine how I feel every day.

Because this journey has meant so much to me, I wanted to share it with you. ❤️

If you’ve ever felt stuck in the cycle of doing more, eating less, and still feeling frustrated, check out @thisismehq and DM her “Pia” for 10% off six months of coaching.

Fitness tip: Find a workout partner who makes you laugh. Just don’t expect to finish on time. 😊

Girlies, we are not trying to enter a fat loss phase if…
- your pre workout needs a pre workout
- you’re exhausted by 3pm but somehow still considering adding more cardio
- your workouts feel like a personal attack
- you spend all week being “good” and then eat like you’re being released back into the wild every weekend
- your calories are already in the basement but your first thought is still: “maybe I should lower them”
- you think about food 47 times a day
- your recovery sucks
- your sleep sucks
- your mood sucks

At this point your body isn’t even responding because it’s doing its best to function on way less than it actually needs.

I want you to wake up tomorrow and actually think about how you FEEL.

How’s your energy?
How did you sleep?
How are your workouts?
How’s your mood?
How’s your recovery?

Because maybe it’s not time to diet harder.

Maybe it’s time to reverse your way back up to a healthier, functioning place first. If you think this might be you, feel free to message me.

Sometimes it helps to have someone actually explain what’s going on with your body instead of just telling you to eat less and do more cardio.

Throwing it back to last Sunday… because nothing says family time like good food, big love, and a tornado warning 🌪️

I cherish my mornings. ☀️
What about you? What’s your favorite way to start the day?

(My favorite part of the morning actually isn’t in this video… it’s when my hubby makes the best iced latte and brings it to me in bed. ☕️)
