It took us some time to process this dinner and truly reflect on what Family Meal means to us.

In the restaurant world, “family meal” is the time before service when everyone comes together; chefs, cooks, and the entire team to share a meal, take a moment, and connect before the chaos begins.

We wanted to bring that same feeling to our guests. A table where chefs, friends, and our community could come together not as individuals, but as family.

Having the opportunity to share our kitchen with chefs who have inspired us and played such an important role in our journey was something we’ll always cherish. Each person brought their own story, creativity, and heart to the table.

Thank you to the chefs who believed in this idea, and thank you to everyone who joined us and shared in this experience.

At the end of the day, Family Meal was never just about the food. It’s about the people who gather, the stories we share, and the connections we build around the table.

From our family to yours, thank you for being part of the Lê Madeline journey. ❤️

Mì Lạnh Cà Chua

Chilled tomato broth, marinated tomatoes, sesame, Aleppo pepper, Thai basil

When the weather heats up, this is the kind of food we crave.

Mì Lạnh Cà Chua is our Vietnamese-inspired cold noodle soup built around peak-season tomatoes. Marinated tomatoes, sesame, Aleppo pepper, and plenty of Thai basil come together in a bowl that’s bright, refreshing, and deceptively simple.

While cold noodle soups aren’t traditionally Vietnamese, the flavors are. Fresh herbs, balanced acidity, and vegetables at their best are at the heart of Vietnamese cooking.

Grilled king oyster mushroom skewers with a lemongrass cola glaze, chili oil, and a bright Vietnamese herb relish.

A little R&D that’ll be making an appearance tonight as a special. I’ll admit it, I’m a carnivore at heart, but cooking is about staying curious and pushing myself outside my comfort zone. Playing with flavors I grew up with in new ways reminds me there’s always more to learn, more to explore, and more ways to grow every day.

Open for lunch and dinner.
Weekdays: 11 AM – 9 PM
Weekends: 11 AM – 10 PM
Closed Tuesdays.

As a small homage to where we began and where we are now, we’re serving something inspired by what this building has known since the very start, finished with a little Lê Madeline esprit.

Winter slows everything down, and this is the kind of food it calls for.

Red wine braised short rib bò kho, silky smooth pommes purée, and glazed baby carrots.

A peak into our Tiger Prawn🦐

Inspired by Tom Sốt Cà, a classic Vietnamese tomato based sauce born from home kitchens and French influence slow simmered, garlicky, and deeply comforting.

Our freshwater Nigerian tiger prawns are grilled over open flame, finished with fried garlic bites, chives, hotel butter, and a final drizzle of EVOO.

This dish was added to our dinner menu just a few short weeks ago and has quickly become a favorite for guests (and staff🙊). This dish is absolutely a must try for your night out.

Dinner service begins at 5 pm. Reservations highly recommended.
