We renounce the limits of our past, by receiving internal healing through God's truth, to unlock the Queen within us 🌸

Something that has been laid on my heart and I wish we could all understand in this generation.
Only the creator of a thing knows how their creation is supposed to operate and the uselessness of it

May we truly understand God's design for us and show up in our true authenticity, as the man/ woman created by God 🤍

I hope this resonates with you one way or the other

This year started off hopeful, however it was a difficult and outstretched year & I somewhat lost my feet...

Instead, I choose gratitude over it all. I thank God and praise him for all the lessons & the mighty work he is still doing in me and those around me. So grateful for family, sisterhood, community & wealth of people around me. Through every season, he remains faithful

2025 & beyond is in the hands of the one who is life in itself.

It's only by your grace we are all still here, and it's all by your grace you'll carry us through and beyond

Lord, I dedicate it all to you 🤍

Wishing you all a blessed Christmas 🤍🎄

The greatest gift of all is the gift of Christ. God gifted the world the Messiah, who took on the penalty for our sins, redeeming us and reconciling us to the Father. And remembering Christ’s birth at Christmas reminds me of what this season is truly about—the season of giving.

So, as we celebrate together—families uniting, loved ones gathering with friends—let’s reflect on more than just the gifts we give. How will you give of yourself to those around you this Christmas?

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9‬:‭6‬

A reminder to tend to the garden of your heart. Nurture it for your heart speaks for you just as much, if not even more than your physical beauty ever will 💕

Keep this in your heart today 🙏🏾

I remember when I was much younger, I always felt uneasy with addressing my feelings. Even though we hear the popular, yet untrue saying "Men don't cry", but for me, expressing my feelings didn't really came easy, even as a young girl. Hearing you're "overly" sensitive and emotional didn't help; all that did was stop me from expressing myself. Of course as life happens too, I learnt that life is not entirely a walk in the park. Some experiences had caused me to believe and to "feel" that being expressive was weakness, essentially becoming hardened at heart. And in hindsight, robbing the purity and the softness of my heart.

One thing I couldn't deny though is, I was always a passionate and expressive child at heart- still am.
But I'm not ashamed of that- It means I have a heart to feel- just as God intended for how he made hearts to be! & what a blessing that is truly...

Yes, feelings can be tumultuous and fleeting, yet your heart is still the bedrock and foundation of what shapes your life-so it's vital that your heart is daily nurtured and filtered, because your heart is an internal mirror of who you really are. “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭4‬:‭23‬

Life can be hard, I know. Be it addressing pain, the past, trauma, anger, guilt, betrayal, disappointment, bitterness or envy, as hard as it is, don't neglect the state of your heart. In his presence, there's safety to present the poison in your heart. Address it with God, so he can give your heart the food it needs to heal again. To feel life again in the purest way we were originally supposed to...

Let his love be a constant reminder that your heart can live and feel again 🌸

I love being a woman ❤️
Womanhood is more than just our physical appearance, and but true womanhood resides in the beauty of our heart, through our natural abilities, clothed with tenderness, grace, dignity, virtue and creativity. True womanhood is the very essence of who we authentically are.
& I know it can be pressuring & challenging, in this changing world of people's different perspectives of this woman or that woman, but there has to be only one you for a reason because You was made for such a time as this!
So let's encourage each other to keep showing up as our true selves, in creating impact and setting new opportunities and building a world where every woman thrives.

A queen & more 👸🏾

A reminder for me: I remember doing this live with @shefindsherstrength 💕 so grateful for this opportunity to share about "why your heart matters to God" I had so much fun!

I was neither prepared at the time (so I thought in my mind), because I thought I was inadequate. But you never fully are ready to do or be at a time. You never fully "arrive" at a point, to know if you can be ready. Life is not a destination, but a journey. This message was for me more than anything. Real strength and courage lies in being seen for who you really are. So much of our life experiences, either ugly or bad has made up so much of our personality, behaviour and character. But it's not the real you. The real you lies behind the layers and the mask of your heart that God uniquely created 🤍

I hope this message encourages you

The identity we behold is to whose we belong- our Father

Sometimes we struggle to turn to God and seek him because our mindset is still flawed. The truth is you'll relate and perceive God from the same lenses you perceive your earthly father, whether the nature of your relationship with your earthly father is good, bad, ugly or sad.

This however was something I deeply struggled with and impacted my intimacy with God, because I was still perceiving God through the same level of hurt, pain and disappointment I experienced from my earthly father. Or sometimes you think you need to do something to change God's mind about you. That's how it like with our fathers right? When you're in their good books, they'll reward you, but if you do something bad, then you will be punished. But God's love for you is not based on what you've done. How then can I surely rest in knowing that God is my Heavenly Father if the example of Father, here on earth is not necessarily that which was always good?

I had to seek the HS to renew my mind from what was still limiting me from thinking I was not accepted in the Beloved. & it was work- still is!

I remember on 15th August, I wrote in my notes, "What does it mean to be your child God?"

As a child of God, be rest assured in knowing that there is nothing you can do to change God's mind about you, when he called you by your name
The way you approach your Heavenly Father should be different. At times, repeat God's word to him- like God since I am your child, there's an eternal inheritance attached to my name that I must attain both here in earth and Heaven!

You are a child of God beloved, accepted in the arms of your Heavenly Father 🤍

I know January is literally over and for some of us we made promises to ourselves this month and we still failed to deliver.

But that's okay

Why do we set expectations for ourselves that we know are not realistic or genuine? Who are we competing with exactly?

For some of us it's been a SLOW January and that's okay too. Slow and steady does win the race.

If you feel as though you have nothing to show for yourself this month, don't be so hard on yourself. Are you sure the standard you set for yourself is not to prove yourself to others?

Remember this is just month 1 of this year. There's still so much to do and you still have another chance with each new day.

Take time out to REFLECT always on becoming better, not just externally, but also from within: your goals, your present and future! That is never a waste 🙏🏾

What about your character do you need to reflect on to make you better this year?
