This year started off hopeful, however it was a difficult and outstretched year & I somewhat lost my feet...

Instead, I choose gratitude over it all. I thank God and praise him for all the lessons & the mighty work he is still doing in me and those around me. So grateful for family, sisterhood, community & wealth of people around me. Through every season, he remains faithful

2025 & beyond is in the hands of the one who is life in itself.

It's only by your grace we are all still here, and it's all by your grace you'll carry us through and beyond

Can you trust God with your healing journey?

True healing begins with the weighty questions.

You cannot heal from what you do not know is causing you pain. You cannot heal from what you don't bring to the surface.

Intimacy with God starts with the heavy questions of the heart. The questions that were too afraid to ask ourselves and the ones we don't have the answers too. Intimacy with God also reveals perspective & healing. Perspective and healing from our situation & our life, from what we cannot understand.
You're not too much for God, neither are your questions- he's not intimidated by them.

After all we don't have all the answers, but we seek the one who does!

God is committed in your journey of wholeness 🤍

I've had this saved in my drafts for the longest time.
I really want to share this with you all and I pray this encourages you to return to the Creator, who is the source of your life ❤️
I pray that the Spirit of God will prompt you to begin the journey of discovering you, as the Creator reveals himself to you, so that the Father introduces who you really are to YOU! That your life is indeed intentional and purposeful, for his glory!
The real you is hidden in Christ ❤️

Wishing you all a blessed Christmas 🤍🎄

The greatest gift of all is the gift of Christ. God gifted the world the Messiah, who took on the penalty for our sins, redeeming us and reconciling us to the Father. And remembering Christ’s birth at Christmas reminds me of what this season is truly about—the season of giving.

One of the hardest things to do...
Let's be honest- it's not easy to lay down your will and what you know to the unknown, to God's will

But it tends to become somewhat easier when we are evidently humbled. When our own knowledge fails us, we have no way figured out than to seek the one who knows the beginning from the end...

I remember when I was much younger, I always felt uneasy with addressing my feelings. Even though we hear the popular, yet untrue saying "Men don't cry", but for me, expressing my feelings didn't really came easy, even as a young girl. Hearing you're "overly" sensitive and emotional didn't help; all that did was stop me from expressing myself. Of course as life happens too, I learnt that life is not entirely a walk in the park. Some experiences had caused me to believe and to "feel" that being expressive was weakness, essentially becoming hardened at heart. And in hindsight, robbing the purity and the softness of my heart.

One thing I couldn't deny though is, I was always a passionate and expressive child at heart- still am.
But I'm not ashamed of that- It means I have a heart to feel- just as God intended for how he made hearts to be! & what a blessing that is truly...

Yes, feelings can be tumultuous and fleeting, yet your heart is still the bedrock and foundation of what shapes your life-so it's vital that your heart is daily nurtured and filtered, because your heart is an internal mirror of who you really are. “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭4‬:‭23‬

Life can be hard, I know. Be it addressing pain, the past, trauma, anger, guilt, betrayal, disappointment, bitterness or envy, as hard as it is, don't neglect the state of your heart. In his presence, there's safety to present the poison in your heart. Address it with God, so he can give your heart the food it needs to heal again. To feel life again in the purest way we were originally supposed to...

Let his love be a constant reminder that your heart can live and feel again 🌸
