NOLAxNOLA26!

I’m honored to be hosting the inaugural NOLAxNOLA JAM-OLA this Saturday, Oct 3rd at Le Bon Temps Roule.

Like most things, music is better shared with friends so I’ve invited some of mine to come help close out this year’s #nolaxnola music series!

This is an all-star jam session featuring some of New Orleans’ most prominent artists having a little fun and letting it all hang out in one of the city’s favorite small rooms.

You DO NOT want to miss this!

Featuring:
Robert Mercurio (Galactic)
Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph (Galactic)
Alfred Jordan (Karl Denson)
Kristin Diable (Artist)
Derrick Freeman (SOUL Brass Band)
Pete Murano (Trombone Shorty)
Jordan Anderson (J and The Causeways)
Danny Abel (Big Freedia)
Shawan Rice (Artist)

Being a musician in New Orleans can feel like a video game sometimes with a never-ending series of side quests you have to defeat just to make it to the next show.

Potholes, flash floods, bills… somewhere in there we’re supposed to rehearse and make a promo, too.

So I turned our journey to the Maple Leaf into an RPG, complete with all the mini-bosses we have to overcome to get to the stage on time, plus the healing powers of a 3pc Spicy!

Come help us celebrate surviving the side quests.
