It’s time for a proper introduction

I present to you DMJ’s Munchy The Munchlax

My pick female from my ODog X Nyx pairing. Solid drive, serious possession, environmentally sound, and not to mention bone and size.

They say I haven’t done it from the start in a while😅 guess it’s my time to show em how it’s done AGAIN!

Friendddd 😭🔥 these viral cabbage dumplings were BANGIN’… nah, SWANGIN’! 😂

This was my first low-carb, gluten-free dinner for the October Reset and I really did not expect it to satisfy me like this. Baby… I was FULL, happy, and not missing a thing. 💜

If you’ve been looking for something different to try, make these!

What I used:
Ground turkey
Mushrooms
Onion
Peppers
Scallions
Gluten-free soy sauce
Brown sugar
Sesame oil
Napa cabbage

Wrapped all that goodness up in the cabbage and whewww… 10/10, I’m making these again! 👏🏾

Who wants the full recipe? 👀 Comment “RECIPE” and I’ll drop it!

What looks like a community BBQ is really about creating a cycle of good. 🐾🤎

Pups & Pumps partners with Lifeline to help rescue dogs from local shelters, get them the care and training they need, and ultimately connect them with women who want a companion and an added sense of safety.

That means helping a dog get out of the shelter AND helping a woman feel safer in her everyday life.

Each K9 placement costs approximately $1,500 to make possible — from veterinary care and supplies to training and preparation for their new home.

Today’s annual BBQ is about bringing the community together, raising awareness, raising funds for future placements, and even providing 50 free vaccinations for pets in our community.

The more people who know this work is happening, the more dogs we can help and the more women we can support.

If this mission speaks to you, visit Pups & Pumps Charity to learn more or donate. 🐾

Thank you SO much to everyone who has donated to Pups & Pumps. 🥹🐾

If you’re new here, my husband runs a nonprofit with a mission I really want more people to know about:

Rescue dogs from shelters → partner with professional trainers → place them with women who would benefit from a trained companion or deterrent dog. 🤎

You don’t have to have a certain “reason” to apply. If you’re a woman who doesn’t feel safe, wants additional peace of mind, or simply feels that having a trained companion would make a difference in your life, you can apply.

And if you want to HELP make these placements possible, you can donate. There are so many costs involved in rescuing, caring for, training and ultimately placing each dog.

My husband has been putting his time, energy and resources into bringing all of these pieces together — and I’m putting mine into making sure more people know this exists. 🫶🏾

I have HOW TO APPLY and HOW TO DONATE posted in my stories right now.

Please share this with a woman who may need it. 🐾
