The New Zero. Not sure if I’ve seen a more enticing V13 in the 🇺🇸 before, with incredible rock quality, elegant movement, and a beautiful inspiring feature. It seems to invite you in before revving up approaching the lip. This seemed like the quintessential boulder of the Holies just as The Shield is at Stone Fort and Golden Harvest at Rocktown. From winter 2024

Swipe to the last 2 photos for some attempts at multiple exposures on the same boulder problem. I really like the concept but need to work on how to execute it.

Hi my name is Thomas and my climbing journey started in 2020. It has been a wild three years to say the least. I’ve always been an active person and adrenaline seeker from racing quads and go-karts to flying planes and found myself quickly addicted to the game. After only a year of my bouldering journey, my home gym shut its doors unable to recover from the pandemic. It was after this sad time that our little group of climbers in Terre Haute banded together to keep the climbing alive in our town. “The Attic” was born and has kept the bouldering dreams alive in my community. We all venture to southern Illinois as much as possible to test our skills on the best sandstone in the Midwest. My next goal that hasn’t yet been achieved is to send V13 in under 4 years of climbing and I’m feeling really good about it.

Pilgrimage 2023. First time attending the holies comp. Didn’t compete but had a blast being there. So cool seeing such a large crowd at the local crag I climb at. Can’t wait for next years in which I will actually compete in. And congrats to @mcostoff @finn.north @cam.prokaski for all placing in this years comp. Hope to join yall up there next year!
