POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

100 classes under the blue lights!💙

Thank you so much to everyone who has been a part of this journey! If you told me a year ago that I would hit 100 classes I wouldn’t believe you, but if you also told me that I would be a coach…babes I would’ve called you insane🫣 I auditioned to be a coach on the day of my 50th class, and it has been one of the best decisions of my life. The community, the friendships, and the shakes that [solidcore] has given me have forever changed my life for the better! Anyway sappy part of the post is over…

I can’t wait to serve face with you all for many more classes to come!💅💋

(the last slide is from my first ever class)

• The Overnight 2026 • Chicago •

Although nothing can ever to fill the Hannah-sized hole in my heart, this past weekend came pretty close. Chicago marked our 4th year joining the AFSP’s annual Out of the Darkness Overnight Walk for suicide prevention. As many of you know, we walk to honor my friend Hannah & Thomas’ brother Joe, both of whom took their own lives in 2022 just a few months apart. With no explanation or goodbye, it’s often difficult not to dwell on the what-ifs… the things we could’ve said or done differently so that maybe, just maybe, they’d have wanted to stay. But we can’t bring back Hannah. And we can’t bring back Joe.

What we CAN do is share their stories & spread awareness for those still struggling. Suicide is the leading cause of death in young adults, but it’s also the most preventable. The trouble is, we as a society are often too scared to have the difficult conversations necessary to make a difference. So while we walk for Hannah & Joe, we also walk to break this stigma & start the talk surrounding mental health.

To the donors who supported us, some of whose names I’ll never know, your generosity helped raise over $6,000 for mental health support & crisis resources. Because of you and thousands of others, the Overnight raised an astonishing 2.8 million dollars this year.

To my teammates, the (not so) Average Joe’s who were willing to push me all night in a wheelchair, thank you for reminding me what unconditional love looks like & never making me feel like a burden. I owe each & every one of you piggy-back rides next year :)

And to Thomas, my best friend, personal chauffeur, & emergency contact (cuz lord knows I need one), thank you for sticking by my side even when I make it difficult and for exemplifying everything I aspire to be for others.

As Hannah reminded us in her own words, there are so many beautiful reasons to be happy. Or as I like to call them, reasons to stay. So if I can leave you with one thing… it’s to tell the people in your life you love them. Everyone deserves to hear it, but one of them may need to hear it more than you know. Suicide is a universal problem, and it’s up to each and every one us to change that.
