Watch what went down at XConf Lite Vietnam! 🇻🇳👇

Everyone’s building AI pilots, but making them production-ready? That’s the real challenge. Here’s a quick peek at how we tackled it in Ho Chi Minh City ⚡

4 big takeaways from the stage:

🤖 Agent = Model + Harness — Fix the system that allowed the mistake, not just the code output.

🧠 Stop agent drift — Long-running agents fail when they lose the goal or drown in context. Keep context lean and let deterministic tests call the shots.

🎯 Smart context spending — Don't add randomness where you don't need it. Guard every hop!

🤝 Humans stay in the driver's seat — AI scales execution, but people still decide what actually matters.

Incredible energy, packed room, and tons of practical takeaways! 💥

Xin chào, Ho Chi Minh City 🇻🇳 It's time for XConf!

Tomorrow, XConf is back in Vietnam, bringing together technologists for a morning of big ideas, real-world engineering challenges, and conversations about what it takes to make AI work beyond the demo.

From building reliable AI coding agents to designing systems that can handle the long game, we are getting into the engineering behind the hype.

Because getting AI to work is one thing. Getting it to work well in the real world? Well, that is where things get interesting.

Built for technologists, by technologists. XConf is strictly no fluff, just ideas worth taking back to your next project.

See you tomorrow, Saigon! 👋

Designing #Policy, #Product & #Practice in #Healthcare – an entire evening in one drawing by @buffienguyen ✏️✨

Watch her graphic recording of our Healthcare Edition, from blank board to finished piece.

Everything from Monday night is in there:
💗 Preetha Moorthy on the gap between design and reality in health tech, and why a pilot is not an implementation
💚 Noah Petermann on “Five ways we fucked up building a health company” – product, strategy, customers, policy, practice – and how every fail turned into a learning that moved them forward
💗 Scott Marin on procedural wayfinding: reducing cognitive load, physical-visual-digital cues, and why a clinical protocol is not navigation

Visuals by @buffienguyen – illustrator, graphic recorder and workshop facilitator: www.buffienguyen.com

Thank you @thoughtworks for hosting us, our speakers for their honesty, and Buffie for turning three lightning talks into one piece of art. 🙏

Which corner of the board speaks to you most? 👇

@sddberlin × @ux_healthcare — Special Edition
Designing #Policy, #Product & #Practice in #Healthcare
📅 Monday, October 5 @thoughtworks Berlin

Here’s how the evening works: Talks & Tables. ⚡🗣️

First, three 15-minute lightning talks from our healthcare specialists: Preetha, Noah and Scott.

Then the part we love most: 40 minutes of discussion tables, one per speaker. Pull up a chair, ask the question you came with, share what you’re wrestling with in your own work, and move to another table whenever you like. No panel, no hands up, just good conversations between people who care about better care. 💗

Come with a question. Leave with new perspectives (and probably a few new people in your life).

🚪 Doors 18:30 · Talks 19:00
🥂 Drinks, snacks & networking afterwards
