YOU NEVER KNOW WHO NEEDED TO COME TO CLASS JUST TO GET THROUGH A ROUGH DAY. 🫶 Believe it or not, while the gym might once have been the last place you wanted to go when your head wasn’t in the right place, it’s often the place our members tell us helps them the most. And it makes sense. We know exercise can improve our mood and help us feel better. But you can get those benefits anywhere. Even from going for a walk. So what makes coming to the Tribe different? It’s the connection. The friendships. The community. It’s knowing you’ll be greeted by name when you walk through the door. It’s knowing that for the next hour, you’ll be surrounded by people who care, coaches who look after you and friends who make you laugh. It’s knowing that even on the days you don’t feel your best, you belong somewhere. And sometimes, that’s far more important than the workout itself. Because you never really know what someone is carrying with them when they walk through the gym doors. But we can make sure they leave feeling a little better than when they arrived. 🫂 COME FIND YOUR TRIBE. Try 3 coached classes for just €33 with our Tribe Trial. 📍 CrossFit Santry Unit 9C, Santry Hall Industrial Estate, Dublin 9, D09 X63C 📍 CrossFit Drumcondra 3A Saint George’s Avenue, Drumcondra, Dublin 3, D03 RH36 TRIBE. The reason I belong every day. 🤍

🚦 RED LIGHT DAYS 🔴 Meeting the stimulus of a Red Light workout doesn’t just happen by chance. Most people don’t particularly enjoy a workout that feels challenging from start to finish. But they also know that pushing themselves outside their comfort zone is where some of the biggest improvements in fitness happen. At The Tribe, we programme Red Light workouts just twice a week. These are our highest-intensity days, and we know that recovering from them is just as important as doing them. That’s why coaching the stimulus matters so much. Choosing the right weights, scaling movements appropriately, setting the pace and knowing when to push are all part of making a Red Light workout truly RED. 🔴 Want to know what sets our members apart when it comes to things like CrossFit Open scores? It’s the coaching we put into workouts like these. Do our members thank us in the moment? Not always. But afterwards? Always. 😉🫶 READY TO EXPERIENCE THE TRIBE? WAY TO GO, RÓ! 💪🏼 A HUGE moment for Róisín in our 9:30am class today as she nailed her first STRICT PULL-UPS! 🥹👏🏼 Ró joined us just over a year ago after having this little champ and has been a core part of the Tribe ever since. Unfortunately for us, before we’d even met her, she’d gone and bought a house on the far side of the city. 😂🏡 So she’ll soon be relocating! It’s safe to say that whatever CrossFit gym she lands in near her new home will be just as lucky to have her as we’ve been. A brilliant athlete, a wonderful mam and exactly the kind of person who makes our community what it is. The Tribe won’t be the same without ya, Ró! ❤️ And while we’re absolutely delighted to see those strict pull-ups, it’s the people and friendships that mean the most to us. LOOKING FOR MORE THAN JUST A GYM? If you’re looking for a community where you’ll be coached, supported, challenged and genuinely feel part of something, look no further. Our TRIBE TRIAL gives you 3 coached CrossFit classes for just €33. Come see what we’re all about! 💪🏼 📍 CrossFit Santry Unit 9C, Santry Hall Industrial Estate, Dublin 9, D09 X63C 📍 CrossFit Drumcondra 3A Saint George’s Avenue, Drumcondra, Dublin 3, D03 RH36 Join the Tribe. There’s been a rumour going around that 9:30am is just a suggestion for our members… so I decided to see for myself👀 (for the purpose of giggles only 😊) See the results above 😅🙈… really though, as coaches we know things can get in the way, especially when cute little humans are involved, we understand (or at least hope😅) that you’re trying your best to be there 😂❤️

OUR COACHES’ SECRET WEAPON 👀💪🏼 EQUIPMENT. AND LOTS OF IT. Between our two Tribe gyms, we’ve invested heavily in making sure our coaches have everything they need to deliver the best possible coaching experience. 🚣 A fleet of over 45 ergs between the two gyms. 🏋️ Over €10,000 worth of weight plates. ⚖️ Fractional plates that make Open workouts and finding the right weight smooth AF. ⚫ Wall balls in 3kg, 6kg, 9kg and 12kg so everyone has an appropriate option. 💪 Sandbags ranging from 20kg to 100kg. 📦 Soft AND hard plyo boxes, depending on your preference and confidence. 🔥 Dumbbells and kettlebells in a huge range of weights, so you’re never stuck choosing between something too light and something too heavy. And that’s just scratching the surface. WHY DOES ALL THIS MATTER? Because equipment is one of our coaches’ greatest tools. Having the right equipment, in the right quantities, means our coaches can spend less time trying to make things work and more time actually COACHING. It means you’re not waiting around for a particular weight. It means you’re not forced to use equipment that isn’t appropriate for your current ability. It means whether you’re brand new to CrossFit or you’ve been training for 10 years, you’ll have exactly what you need to train at the right level for YOU. Good coaching is about meeting people where they’re at. And having the equipment to do exactly that makes our job a whole lot easier. It’s one of the many reasons we invest so heavily in our facilities. Because when we say we’re THE COACHING GYMS, we mean it. Want to experience the difference? PREGNANT IN THE TRIBE LOOKS A LITTLE DIFFERENT. 🤰💪 Here, we know women are capable. We know what the research says about the benefits of remaining active and strong throughout pregnancy. We understand how bodies change, how women can feel and what might need to be adapted along the way. We know when to encourage you to push, when to scale things back and when to change the plan entirely. And those movements that need modifying? Trust us, we know every modification in the book. 😂 HOW? Because we’ve been doing this for years. We have experienced, highly educated coaches who have invested countless hours into learning how to coach women safely and effectively throughout pregnancy. We have coaches who have taken the courses, studied the research and continued to upskill. And we have coaches who have been through pregnancy themselves. Who have walked the walk and understand what it feels like to train through every stage of it. WHY? Because we believe every woman deserves an expert level of care. Because we know that supporting women to remain active throughout pregnancy can make a real difference to their health, confidence and recovery afterwards. Because research shows that appropriate exercise during pregnancy can reduce the risk of complications, including gestational diabetes and pregnancy-related high blood pressure. Because we want mothers to feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies, both before and after their babies arrive. And because we don’t believe pregnancy should mean stepping away from something you love doing. But most importantly? Because we care. We care about the women we coach, the babies they’re growing and the long-term health of the families who are part of our Tribe. Pregnancy isn’t a reason to stop being coached. It’s a reason to make sure you’re being coached really, really well. ❤️ PREGNANT? COME TRAIN WITH THE TRIBE! 🫵 Our 3-class Tribe Trial is just €33 and gives you the opportunity to meet our coaches, experience our classes and see what makes The Tribe different.

COACHED. 💪 WHAT DO WE MEAN BY COACHED? Have a look at Coach Shane in action during our 6pm class this evening. On the menu? Power cleans and hang power cleans. 🏋️‍♂️ How are they coached? Step by step. Athlete by athlete. Progression by progression. Why? Because this is how newcomers learn best. Building confidence, developing good movement patterns and learning to do things correctly from the very beginning. And the guys who’ve been here a while? They’re not perfect either! 😂 There’s always something to refine, something to improve and another opportunity to get a little bit better under the watchful eye of a coach. That’s the beauty of being coached. It doesn’t matter whether it’s your first week or your tenth year. There’s always something to learn and always someone there to help you improve. It’s no wonder our members continue to progress year after year. Some have been training with us for almost a decade and they’re STILL showing up, learning and getting better. That’s what we mean when we say we’re THE COACHING GYMS. Not just a workout on a whiteboard. Actual coaching. Every class. Every athlete. Every day. READY TO EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE? Our TRIBE TRIAL gives you 3 coached CrossFit classes for just €33. Come and see what being coached actually feels like. 👊 📍 CrossFit Santry Unit 9C, Santry Hall Industrial Estate, Dublin 9 📍 CrossFit Drumcondra 3A Saint George’s Avenue, Drumcondra, Dublin 3 #TheTribeGyms #TheCoachingGyms #CrossFitSantry #CrossFitDrumcondra #CrossFit
