POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thank you @authorpenncole for trusting yourself and us with this epic series.

I am halfway through Burn and to say I’m utterly terrified of the emotional damage that I will be enduring is an understatement.

Meeting Penn yesterday was a dream. She is so kind. So genuine. So empathetic and truly gives time to each person she meets.

Wish me luck!

Also, I have decided I am in my combat boots era post Dragon Gauntlet 🖤

🔵 FAVORITE COLOUR BOOK STACK 🔵

A while ago, @_alizabethreads_ tagged me in a colour book stack challenge, so here I am 🙌🏻

Technically, it was a colour combo challenge, but my favourite combo is all shades of blue, so I think this counts 😂

Have I mentioned that my favourite colour is blue? Well, it is! Unbelievable, right? 🫠😂

Anyway, this was the stack that, months ago, made me rearrange all my furniture just to get a nice, clean background… and I don’t regret a thing 😂💙

Sooo… first of all tell me it’s pretty, please 🤣
And then I’m tagging a couple of people for the challenge, but please, all of you, show me the books you own in your favourite colour/combo, my endless TBR is always thirsty for more! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

👉🏻 What’s the most common colour among your books? 👀📚

I've been down a bit of an astrology rabbit hole lately, so there was no way I was skipping this trend!! Behold, my Pantone Birth Chart Palette and books to match!

🌊 Cancer Sun
🍅 Aries Moon
🐠 Cancer Rising
🍑 Leo Venus

I have to admit, I was surprised! I definitely gravitate toward blues and greens, so seeing a bold tomato red and bright apricot in my chart wasn't what I expected, but somehow it kind of works?

If you want to make your own, check out pantone's website: https://pantonecolors.net/pantone-birth-chart/

✨Now tell me... which cover would you steal from my palette first? 👀✨

Happy Monday! @kk.reads__ @thenextpage._ & @mummareads_ all tagged me in this challenge.The different shades of white are so fun and I enjoyed putting this one together 🤍🩶

I am tagging a few book besties for a monochrome stack of their own, but as always no pressure 🏷

Today also marks the first day of summer term for me. I am officially onto the diagnosis, psychopathology, & advanced assessment phase of my master's and I am so excited to see what this upcoming term entails. So if I am not as active here, I apologize in advance and will try my best to keep up as I have scheduled posts through to the end of the month 🫶🏼

☀️ SUMMER STACK ☀️

Yes, I know it’s technically not summer yet, but we’re getting close, and with how hot these days have been, I’m SO ready for sipping iced drinks, reading on the beach, and swimming 😍🔥

Now, I know you’re thinking the third picture is basically identical to the first one. But my reflection in the sunglasses annoyed me, so I had to prove that I am, in fact, capable of taking a photo without my reflection showing up 😂

And yes, I still ended up liking the one with the reflection better, so here we are 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

Please look at both photos and tell me they’re cute. I need the validation after spending an unreasonable amount of time fighting my own reflection 😂🫶🏻

📚 S -> (The) Stolen Heir - Holly Black @blackholly
📚 U -> Unforgiven - Lauren Kate @laurenkatebooks
📚 M -> Moon Struck - Daisy Florence @daisyxflorence
📚 M -> Murtagh - Christopher Paolini @christopher_paolini
📚 E -> Eragon - Christopher Paolini
📚 R -> Reaper at the Gates - Sabaa Tahir @sabaatahir

👉🏻 Do you prefer spending your holidays by the sea or in the mountains? And what’s your favorite thing to do in summer? 😍

I feel like this should be a challenge, so I’m challenging @benibound @throneofsnark @_alizabethreads_ and everyone who sees this post to make a Summer Stack! 🙌🏻🔥🫶🏻

💜📚Purple Stack📚💜

Happy Sunday! @steamy_chapters tagged me in a couple of sprayed edge stacks and @_chapter35 and @ashess.reads both tagged me in a favorite color stack so I decided to combine them and share books with sprayed edges in my favorite color: Purple! If you haven't checked out their beautiful feeds, I promise they share some of the prettiest books 💜

Sorry for being MIA the last few days. I had finals for spring term but I am happy to report that I passed both classes 🥳🎉
Now I get to relax for the next two weeks before I start classes back up on the 22nd. I am hoping for a lot of reading time on my break in the meantime 📖

🐚🧜‍♀️Mermaid Stack🧜‍♀️🐚

Happy Wednesday! @_chapter35 tagged me in creating a mermaid stack a little while back and this was so fun to put together. I even tried to be inventive by making it resemble a mermaid tail 💜💚🩷🩵

Tagging a few book besties to make a mermaid stack of their own, but as always no pressure. If you see this and want to join, consider this your tag 🔱

🔥Fire Friday🔥

Well, if you guys have been keeping up with my stories from yesterday, you'll know I had a crazy day involving fire alarms and firetrucks, so this couldn't be a better stack for today. I promise, my house was not on fire; however, our carbon monoxide detector was what was truly going off. Thankfully, both the fire department and gas company have deemed our house safe and clear of any concerns.

My beautiful friend @aliciathebookdragon tagged in me in a Fire Stack a few days ago -literally the most stunning stack, you have to see it for yourself! 🔥

I am tagging a few book besties to create a fire stack of their own. As always, no pressure. And if you see this and want to join in, consider this your tag 🔖
