AGTG- COMMITTED‼️

First and foremost I want to give all the Glory to God, without him I would have never been in this position and I would have never been able to have this chance. I am forever grateful for finding him and being led in the path he set out for me.

Thank you to all who have been apart of this story and and journey. From a kid who started his junior year of HS for just a hobby, to then getting hurt my senior year and questioning it all. I stayed true to the process and became a state champion in an event I had only one year of experience in. Thank you too Coach AD @throwslab1 for being there for me through it all and showing me what it takes. From Manteca High to MJC we been there thru it all and I woulda never been in this spot if you weren’t the coach you are today. Thank you @milesclarkthrows for the belief you placed in me as a first year hammer thrower and coaching me everyday with no prior recollection of who I even was. I wouldn’t be the hammer thrower I am now without your help thank you brotha. Thank you to my family and Girlfriend for all you guys do for me and always supporting and believing in what my goals are. You never missed a track meet and no matter how far it was you guys were there in my corner I love you guys.

Thank you to the coaches and staff of Cal Poly for taking a chance on me and believing in what I know is capable of happening @travisthrowsbombs @jbstewart08 @courtemanche_coachc I know big things are coming and this is only the beginning.

Thank you to all who have been apart of this. Go Mustangs!

AGTG, final deload session, a lil sloppy but still solid. Ready to get back into more intense training after much needed rest.

AGTG, happy to be within a meter of my PR in all 3 deload sessions this week. One more session and then block 2 commences.
