I love having goals no matter how hard they seem at the time. When daddy said 3 months ago getting ANY of the 4 discus OVER the tree was my target my goal I thought OMG that isn't going to happen this year. But that is also what I love about my daddy when he makes those targets. I have learnt that no matter how big, high or far he makes the goal *HE BELIEVES* ill make it. He says to me that he would never set me an unreachable goal but they are definitely next door neighbours 😆 by @throwslab1

I’m focused on continuing to improve as an athlete, competing at the highest level I can, and finding a college where I can continue my education while growing as a collegiate athlete.

shoutout MJC throwers and throws program🏋️

From the weight room with coach @alexxmontijo in the Fall to the field with @throwslab1 rain or shine, our throwers have shown up and put the work in.
their commitment to making each other better, encouraging each other, and not being afraid to try new things has made them stand out from the competition.

We’d love to welcome more ladies onto our team—come show us how strong and hardworking you are 💪🏽

We’re excited to see where our throws program goes in the future!
