WELCOME TO WEEK TWO 🍑

We’re officially moving into Lower Body Week of the Peaches Strength Challenge.

This week puts the focus on your glutes, hamstrings, quads, adductors & abductors, with plenty of compound movements designed to challenge those bigger muscle groups. And because the same strength class runs throughout the week, you’ve got the chance to repeat the movements, refine your technique & if it feels right... reach for a little more weight each time. That repetition is where the magic happens when it comes to building strength.

So grab your weights, trust your instructor, and let’s see what those legs can do this week 🦵🏽

Week 2... are you ready?

SISTERHOOD SERIES in celebration of International Women’s Day.

The Sisterhood Series is a natural progression of everything C.DESIGN stands for; femininity, family and community. Originally inspired by a C.DESIGN archive campaign shot at a friends’ busy home full of wine, bikinis and film cameras, circa 2003. The shots reflected the spirit of the day; raw, relatable and understated. Finding beauty and authenticity in feminine connection.

Decades later C.DESIGN continues to be family owned and operated, shaped by Australian community, 90’s freedom, and family heritage. Collections are developed from the original patterns created 30 years ago by our mum and founder Claire, producing timeless designs that have remained in the closets of sisters, mothers, grandmothers, and friends for decades.

In celebrating the strong bonds formed between sisters - both those born to us and those we have chosen ourselves, the Sisterhood Series was created.
