In the sacred space between lunar cycles, we are invited to slow down, soften, and return to ourselves. 🌙

Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and guide you into profound rest through healing frequencies and intentional sound.

This experience is enjoyed entirely in cozy savasana with supportive props, blankets, and optional eye pillows while crystal singing bowls and meditative instruments wash through the space like moonlight on water.

No experience necessary. Just come as you are and receive. #tahoerising

Under the luminous energy of the Flower Moon, we gather to release what’s been weighing on the body and quiet what’s been echoing in the mind. This is your invitation to step into a space where you don’t have to push, fix, or figure anything out… just receive.

Through gentle aura cleansing and a deeply immersive sound bath, we’ll guide your nervous system back to a place of safety, ease, and renewal. Think of it as a reset… not just physically, but energetically and emotionally too.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself. #tahoerising #SouthLakeTahoeYoga #SoundBathHealing #EnergyClearing #FlowerMoon
