Tiarna and I have been working together since September—this transformation didn’t happen overnight. We started with a cutting phase to strip body fat, moved into a slight surplus to build muscle, and only then committed to a 12-week photoshoot prep.

I think it’s important people understand that this kind of physique isn’t built in just 12 weeks. What you’re seeing is months of consistency, discipline, and trusting the process. The basics done well, over and over again—even on the days you don’t feel like it.

This isn’t an easy journey, and it’s not for everyone. There’s a lot that happens behind the scenes that people don’t always see.

That’s why I don’t take clients straight into a 12-week photoshoot prep. We build the foundation first.

If you’re serious about results and ready to commit, drop me a message. 👏🏼
